Still get leaks at high pressure;
Ok mask, but still leaks with my 18 setting....
Takes some adjusting to get it right, but it is easier on the bridge of my nose.

The shipping was fast.

The two emails I sent requesting an official receipt were not answered.
I had to text them and a nice lady chatted with me, resulting in a four page receipt which not a “real receipt”. Then, the owner of the company emailed me an official receipt with the part number for the CPAP accessory. All was well at the end. I hope that in the future, if I order from them that it won’t be this much work on my part.

Good price. No tariff or duty charges for shipping to my US address. Free shipping. Prompt delivery. And I did not have to obtain a prescription from a gatekeeper MD (which is required when buying from US sellers). The product itself is so far not working out but TBD.

I was unsure originally that the product was priced incorrectly but no it was the correct price. I live in the UK so thought that the shipping would be expensive but no free shipping on this order.
