Slam burger Aylesbury really disappointing customer service.
I called to ask when my order will arrive as it had been 1 hour the lady said let me call the driver and she hang up. I called back I said Hello I want to know were my food is, this other lady who answer said sorry I think your trying to contact slam burger we are a cab company. I hung up and check the number and it was Slam Burger in Aylesbury. This is very childish what kind of games are you playing. Why would you say I think your trying to call Slam Burger when I didn't even mention Slam burger I only mentioned food.
This is disgusting behaviour. I called back 15 times wondering where my food was and no answer my call were purposely ignored.

One of the worst fast food joints in UK.
1. The standard burgers are sizes for kids.
2. Limited choice of salad only lettuce, onion, tomato and only sauce was an option was ketchup.
3. Fries was very thin but not anything like McDonald's.
4. The wings are the salty thing in the world exactly like any other spicy wings except they just coated with their special super salty sauce that's all!!!
5. The drinks are labeled in German and the sauce sachet given labelled in Arabic which is odd for a so called fast food restaurant chain which owns around 10 in UK I believe. So they broken the food standards and trading standards protocols. The law clearly states all food and drinks in UK has to be labeled clearly in English and where it originally manufactured. Stick to your local fast food shop or McDonald's.

Avoid Slamburger Aylesbury

3 mistakes on 3 consecutive orders, missing popcorn chi, missing large fries and terrible sour chi wings, returned to branch and staff in denial with no apologies, absolute zombies, will not be returning to Slamburger Aylesbury as i'd rather spend my money where its appreciated.

Exceptionally pleased with the service an quality food portion size is massive I will definitely be going back

Had the slamburger in Walthamstow. Always good when I go. Would have given 5 stars but in this day and age they don’t even accept card for payments. Other than that, foods always good and customer service is good too. Would recommend

Went for a quick bite with my brother we ordered 2 180 burger meals and asked what drinks we would like my brother had a tango i chose a cherry 7up.
We went and took a seat i looked at the receipt and noticed we was charged 50p extra for the 7up.
It wud be nice to be told before hand to let people decide if they want to pay the extra
The burgers were not even lukewarm but we was way to hungry to return them and wait even longer for replacements.
The burgers was the worst I have eaten.
They was tasteless and dry and chewy as anything
As we was leaving I asked if our burgers was cooked fresh the guy said yes.
When clearly they wasn't and was held in the food holder and pre cooked.
I been a chef for 13 years 6 of them as a operations manager for one of the biggest burger restaurants.
Will not return to this place in a hurry

U man gave me unseasoned chicken in my burger fix up don’t get holly to make my burger next time
