It was a great experience! The pool deck looks awesome. Ed and his helper did a great job leveling the pool deck. The price was great and the work perfection! They cleaned up after themselves, too! We will hire them again if we have anymore problems! Thank you, Ed, for a great experience.

they never solved the original problem…
they never solved the original problem that they came to fix. When they returned after I told them that area was not repaired they attempted to do it again and it’s still failed. The failed repair didn’t bother me as much is them telling me it was repaired getting the equipment loaded up super quick and leaving before I had a chance to check it. Would never use them again

Thanks for the review. I am sorry that you are still unsatisfied with the work and the results. We are ready to come back again and see what can be done to remedy the issue. In very seldom cases, concrete leveling can only be achieved partially due to slabs being adhered to each other, that's why we have it clearly explained in our contract that in few cases when 100% level can't be achieved, but stabilizing and filling the voids would be considered satisfactory.
We can schedule another visit if you desire to see what can be remedied.
