Very disappointed with the Christmas wrapping which we paid extra for.It was wet and torn.But bottle was ok

Dear Mrs Hale, thank you for your review. We're very sorry that the wrapping was wet and torn and that you have been disappointed with our service. Obviously we don't send packages out with wet and torn wrapping, so it must have been damaged whilst in the care of Royal Mail. We will chase this with them on your behalf. We would also point out that we do not claim 'Christmas wrapping' at any point, only gift wrapping. In the meantime we will refund you the cost of the extra payment for the wrapping and hope this goes some way to restoring your faith in us.

I had to try the London Dry Gin after seeing how many awards it had won. Well I wasn't disappointed, it was so good. I need to make sure I get another order in quick before it all sells out over Christmas. The Raspberry and Rhubarb is also great so maybe I need to work my way through all of them :)

Needed to restock with rhubarb and raspberry gin. Definitely my favourite. Fruity but proper gin, not sweet.

We visited during the rollhard show and really liked the look of the gin. I then ordered some for my parters birthday and it arrived very quickly, fully packaged in a protective cardboard sleeve.
