Bicester's first and only artisan gin distillery, producing fabulously smooth, delicious, hand-crafted London Dry gin. Home of many award-winning gins, including The World’s Best Contemporary Gin 2020 - our award count from International competitions currently stands at 87! Unable to find their perfect gin, founders Rachel Hicks and Andrew Parsons seized the moment and created their own – to reflect the adventures they have had travelling through skies and over waves to far flung corners of the globe. The result is a range of sublime gins which have won an incredible number of international awards in just three short years. The first, Sky Wave Signature London Dry, was launched in 2018 and was subsequently named The World’s Best Contemporary Gin at The World Gin Awards. What an amazing afternoon at the Skywave gin tasting experience. Helen was so passionate and informative telling us about the history of Skywave . Seeing the distillery and how gin is made was so interesting. Not to mention the actual Gin , which is divine- my favourite London Dry Gin now 😊

Excellent gin tour
We visited Sky Waves for their gin tour after being gifted it as a present.
Helen welcomed us with a friendly smile & a cool glass of gin!
Helen was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic host. She gave us a very entertaining presentation. Enjoyed hearing how Sky Waves started and the process of making gin in the distillery. It was interesting sampling several different gins and some botanicals.
Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.
Stayed after for a cocktail!

Such a great experience learning abour Gin and history of Skywave.
As I was driving it was a great touch to have a little take home pack to drink at home.
Highly recommended and the hosts were so nice and knowledgeable.

I had problems booking a gin experience…
I had problems booking a gin experience on my home computer and mobile, I contacted Sky Wave and left a message kn their answerphone, Sky Wave made 2 attempts to contact me to help resolve my issues, it transpires BT homeguard was the problem. If thd gin experience is half as good as their customer care we are in for a good afternoon. Thank you Sky Wave for such good service. Once on their website booking was very easy.
