There was no transfer so we had to pay for 2 private taxis. I complained to this company and still after 3 months there's no acknowledgement, investigation or refund of my money. They keep putting my phone down.
Do not use as they're not ABTA regulated and only bothered about their profit.

Terrible company
Essentially the deal they offer online is not something they can actually provide. They promise you will receive a confirmation email/call and then nothing.
You have to call them yourself and only then find out they can’t actually provide the holiday they offered and if you do want it you will have to pay more money to them.
So in summary they in writing confirmed my holiday took payment and then never actually had the holiday booked. I have asked for a refund and an email confirming this, no idea if I will actually get my money back from the scam company.
Don’t book online with them!!!

Do not book with this company!
Paid for a transfer to hotel that never turned up and they never answered my calls or emails to explain why. Also never had an Atol Certificate with booking vouchers, dodgy company so steer clear.
Put in a customer complaint when home in July, still waiting for a reply ?

I would never recommend this company absolutely rubbish. We slept our first night in the lobby on the sofa. There is no body to answer our questions when you need them. Flight, hotel and transportation very very bad
We spent over 7k. They lied about everything they promised.

1 star is far too many. Booked an all inclusive trip to rhode for 5 nights. Didn't get confirmation email. Called 3 times in 2 hours, as they told me each time I'd be called back within 5 mins, to be met with staff that shouted at me. I told them I'd read reviews and we were anxious about it. He told us we needed to calm down and all companies have bad reviews. I told him I was relating to them via my personal experience. He told me to be quiet! I went mad and told them he should never speak to customers like this. He told me to stay on hold and be put through to the original sales rep, who booked the holiday. He picked up after 15 mins and told me that all inclusive in Greece means only drink with a meal. I told him that was not the case. He told me I was wrong and proceeded to tell me if I wanted all inclusive I needed to pay another £150pp. I told him no, and seems as I hadn't even had booking confirmation and he told me that nothing was booked, that I wanted my money back. He then changed his story and told me that flights were already booked and we could cancel, but have to forfeit 99 pounds per person. Then he told us he could change the flights and look at something else. We said as longs as it's all inclusive and the same price we had originally paid. He said okay. Then came back and told us that Lanzarote was an option. Again at 400 more than we paid. Miraculously aswell that he could change our original flights from Jet2 to Ryan air for Lanzarote. Giving me reason to believe no flight was actually booked if you can swap from 1 airline to another? When I questioned this he told me that I don't listen and I'm full of negative thoughts. I asked for evidence he had booked flights, he said he couldn't provide that! 🙄🤣In the end we cancelled the whole thing minus the 99 per person, as these people are scammers! Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent advertisment and rude rude customers that shout and name call.

Booked last minute , took two days to receive documents … no ATOL certificate? Landed at 23.30 to find out no transfer had been booked, so we had to pay £50 for a taxi to hotel. Emailed BlueSky 10 times while on holiday to find out why no transfer was booked and they never replied. Spoke to a BlueSky rep called Daniel and he promised to ring me back… obviously he didn’t ! Rang Transfer company and they confirmed no transfer had been booked either ? Now home and have to wait 28 days for my complaint to be assessed …. Not much hope of a satisfactory outcome. Travel abroad frequently and never experienced such an unprofessional travel company!

Truly Awful.
They give you a quote then they realise that they can't provide what they offered so the price goes up or you get less for the money.
They are very slow to respond.
Very poor attention to detail.
Very rude at customer service.
Seems to be a bunch of sarcastic rude 20 year olds.
Do yourself a favour and book with absolutely anyone else.

Booked an holiday in Antalya Turkey via this company. We arrived at The Grand Nar Hotel at around 4.00 am, was immediately told by an "inmate" it was not too good. Proceeded to reception to be told we didn't have a reservation. This problem couldn't be sorted until 9am that morning & was told we could have a double room at a cost of $100. We paid as we were tired. 9am the 8/7/24 we were told Sky blue had cocked up our booking & it was made for August ( our flight & transfer were both for July)
This was sorted (great). Next although the holiday was advertised as a beach holiday, it turned out the beach was 4km away & was only reachable by a shuttle bus. We complained to sky blue about literally everything ( bad hotel, bad all' inc', the list was endless)
We went to bed early that evening & was woken at 9am the following morning by some hotel worker & was told to leave the hotel, literally kicked out.
At this point I had to put a £60 bolt on, onto my phone to phone Sky Blue, eventually the actually found us a beach front hotel, but had to get a taxi which we had to pay for.
Arrived at new hotel, to find they'd reserved a "cell" for us until the 15/7/24
(We were due home on the 14th)
Once again trying to contact Sky Blue
customer service was near impossible, so we started to email them, to which they replied, please telephone (tried, but kept getting placed on hold for long periods costing me 60p @ minute)
We were getting nowhere at all, so decided to grin & bear it & complain on arrival back in the UK.
Yesterday I composed an email & sent to Sky Blue customer service & as yet have received no reply.
In summary these people sold us an holiday which was far away from being described correctly & left us to sort it ourselves at a cost to ourselves.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this company & will never use them again, back to Love Holidays for me, who I never had a problem with!
At last managed to speak to customer services....they told me my case was being handled by customer complaints & it could take up to 28 working days.
I'm not holding my breath

Jason was really helpful and proceeded with my payment effectively. It’s been made so easy to book and pay for my holiday using this company I highly recommend and will book again next time with this company.
