Finding products that are safe on our skin for the whole family is next to impossible these days. I am so thankful to have found SkyandSol. To top it all off, their customer service is AMAZING! They are so helpful and quick to respond.

I was disappointed when I couldn't reach this company after I thought I'd received the wrong product from my order. It turned out that they have some fraudulent companies that try to sell their products. They are the ones with terrible customer service, don't answer emails, ship late and ship the wrong products. Sky and Sol responded immediately to all my concerns, once I found the correct customer service address and I reached out to them! They helped me see I need to watch carefully who I purchase from and that they're trying to take down all the fraudulent websites.

this is elite sunscreen that works even when you are in key west! Absolutely love how well it soaks in and stays on the skin without smelling or feeling icky. I have recommended to my friends who usually break out when they use chemical sun screens and they say their skin feels softer and are extremely happy with the results. This sunscreen & lip jelly helped me not get burnt with 7 or so hours in the sun in the keys and i highly recommend switching to sky & sol especially if you use chemical sunscreens still

I recently purchased two products from Sky and Sol, The Everything Cream and their Face and Body SPF30 sunscreen. I absolutely love The Everything Cream, as I have purchased 2 bottles of the Day and Night moisturizer last year. It definitely helps with fine lines around my eyes and mouth where I have them. It is the perfect natural moisturizer I have found. The sunscreen was a little thick for my liking and they immediately offered me a refund or another product to replace it. I chose to have them send me another Everything Cream since I love it so much. Thank you Sky and Sol for great products and amazing customer service!

I absolutely love the everything cream. It makes my skin smooth, soft and not greasy like some tallow creams . It evens out my skin tone and I can’t live a day without it.

This is literally the best company in terms of their customer service and their products. Their sourcing is incredible - they use ethically sourced ingredients. Even their tallow is from pasture raised cows where the tallow would’ve otherwise gone to waste. The deo is the best thing ever on the market. Completely prevents BO - I’ve tried so many similar probiotic brands and this one is the best! Their customer service is impeccable. So fast, kind, reliable, and accommodating. I highly highly recommend for the whole family

I ordered the wrong product & contacted support on a Sunday evening to see what I could do. Gabby responded not 5 min. later with what needed to be done. She was so patient, kind & helpful while I navigated the return. Honestly this was the best customer service I have ever experienced. What a great company!! Don't order from them you will not get your purchase... its a scam

I have never been so happy when I started looking into this company, because of the fact that there isn’t anything in any of it that’s not beneficial and natural, and best of all works just like it says it does and does it exceedingly well! I am a Southern lady that’s travelled all my life and love it, so I’m outside a lot, and always stressed over what I was putting on my skin. When I read founders note about “Don’t worry, everything we use you put onto your skin, but it’s all edible!!” NO bad chemicals to build up in your body. My face hasn’t felt this soft in awhile, and every single item I’ve tried is excellent. Tallow works! Moved to Nevada, and man I really needed all the products you sell. I’m dry as a CHIP!! lol 5+ stars from a new customer who will be back!

I recently had an annual skin check - the dermatologist said my skin was very hydrated and asked what I used - I told her it was my sunblock Sky &Sol body spf 50 - she has not had anyone who uses tallow/mineral sunblock and was surprised - I have never burned using this sunblock (even in the Caribbean with UV of 11).

I ordered a over priced $50 sun tan oil. Waited and waited finally found a way to reach out to them which wasnt easy and everytime I wanted to track the package it sent me to their website vs tracking, then found out it was a hour away from my home and no delivery date could be givin, reached out over and over they finally said give it 48 hrs, that would of meant a month later. I canceld my order, and all I got was lip service. Bad customer service and delivery time

Having some episodes of skin cancer, I looked for the most natural products that would do the job. I cannot tell how well the sun’s rays are being blocked but it has healed a couple of places I was dealing with. It feels good on my lips and I plan to continue using it!

I just placed a pricey order for products in May and paid $49 for a one-year membership to get a discount. Only a month later, they emailed me to say my membership was cancelled. They offered a 75% discount on about 5 products that I don’t use as a consolation. When I complained, they said they would not refund my membership because I received the benefits of membership ONE TIME. Completely greedy and classless way to run a business.

SkyandSol replied to my review and encouraged me to give them more information, making it appear that they would review the matter. I did that before submitting the above review on Trustpilot. In full transparency, here’s the reply that I received:

This the best sunscreen I have ever used! Worth every penny! Does not run in your eyes and makes your skin so soft! Once you try Sky &Sol you’ll never use another chemical or mineral sunscreen.

I tried the sunscreen and loved it. Very light weight, not sticky, and no smell. After I tried my friends I knew I had to purchase my own.

But I am not here to talk about the products. They are great but I’m here to talk about the customer service. Unfortunately had a shipping issue, I contacted the company and their prompt response was enough to make me feel at ease. They are personable and understanding. Not only did they make me feel at ease they were the ones to reach back out to me about making it right after the package did not show up. I did not feel worried that I would not get my products and Gabby, was so kinda throughout the whole process! That alone would make me purchase again ! I appreciate company that has real people who truly care about their customers ! Products and customer service 10 stars if I could !! I will be a life time customer !!

I am very happy with the Sky & Sol Two step deoderant. It doesn't have chemicals and it works to eliminate body odor. Very satisfied!

As an outdoor enthusiast with sensitive skin, I really appreciate Sky and Sol for their moisturizer and their sunscreens. They may be pricier than some other products, but it’s really worth it.
