I had a truly seamless experience with Ali from start to finish. The team was incredibly efficient, ensuring everything was handled quickly without ever making me feel rushed. They were also genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free.
Communication was clear throughout, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines professionalism with such a welcoming attitude, but they managed to do exactly that.

Car was sold on carwow to this company…
Car was sold on carwow to this company at £6550 and they sent a recovery and the driver came and showing tiny dots which are not visible to eye, finding a way to reduce the agreed price and asking me to negotiate the price to £5000, They are worse than we buy any car. I declined and asked them to leave my premises. They can never be trusted.

We’d like to clarify that all of our vehicle valuations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. We always aim to offer strong, competitive prices—often above typical trade-in values and higher than many online buying services—based on the condition described.
However, when our team arrives to inspect the vehicle, the valuation may be adjusted if additional damage or condition issues are identified that were not disclosed beforehand. This is standard practice across the motor trade, as any undisclosed damage affects the cost of preparation and resale.
In this case, our driver identified condition issues that were not included in the original description, which is why a revised offer was made. We fully understand that you chose not to proceed, and we respect your decision.
We would also like to emphasise that we do not force anyone to sell their vehicle. The decision is always entirely yours. However, it is important to understand that we invest significant time and expense into each appointment—this includes driver travel, fuel, and several hours of work—based on the information provided.
For this reason, we strongly encourage all sellers to accurately disclose any damage when advertising their vehicle, to avoid misunderstandings on inspection.

This access is essential for the safe and efficient operation of our motor trade business, allowing customers to enter and exit the premises without obstruction.
We do not block vehicles without reason. Action is only taken when a vehicle is parked in a way that restricts access to our site and affects our ability to operate and serve customers.
We always aim to handle these situations fairly and appreciate your understanding.

The communication was superb
The communication was superb. Collection of my car was swift and reliable. No haggling on the payment. Omar who came to collect the car was exceptional - respectful and polite and generally nice chap. I would definitely use again. Shafi was great and did exactly what he said he would every step of the way. Thank you for a straight forward pleasant experience of selling my car. Would use again.
