Enjoyed my headphones for a couple years now, they now gave out after a lot of use. I order new ones now and the support team even gave me a discount code. Very helpful team!

The website is not clear, I wanted to order the Crusher Evos and while choosing colours it gave me the option to choose a colour from different headphones (540 Active) but it actually just chose the 540 Actives instead of the Evos, even thought it still said "Crusher Evos" at the top, English isnt my first language and I found this very misleading, I will be returning my headphones for the evos.
Je suis resté 13 ans chez Skullcandy et ce sera mon dernier casque audio.
J'ai le crusher ANC 2, censé être du haut de gamme. La batterie ne tient pas et il ne s'éteint pas automatiquement en cas d'inactivité. J'ai essayé de demander pourquoi au service client, il n'y a pas de réponses, pas de mise à jour de prévu. Apparemment c'est une stratégie pour forcer les consommateurs à acheter de nouveaux casques plus régulièrement. En plus, ma batterie a pris un sérieux coup avec l'hiver parisien.
Le service client est devenu une catastrophe. Depuis 2013, à chaque problème, il suffisait d'envoyer un email au service client et on n'obtenait une réponse. Désormais, face aux critiques intenses sur la marque, ils ont cloturé leur adresse email et on ne peut communiquer avec eux que via une IA sur leur site internet, et avec de la chance après 3532 tentatives avec un humain, qui ne vous aidera pas. J'ai essayé d'ouvrir le dialogue, mais impossible d'obtenir des réponses sur les défauts du casque.
Je suis déçu par le service client, par la qualité du produit.
Même si je n'étais pas toujours satisfait à 100% des produits de la marque, j'aimais la particularité de la "bass" et "crusher" chez Skullcandy ainsi que le génial Service Client.
Les produits Skullcandy sont dépassés et quand un service client décide de se "cacher", c'est signe du déclin de la marque.
C'était mon dernier produit.
Je regrette l'époque où le service client de Skullcandy était d'une fiabilité irréprochable.

Siempre he sido fan de esta marca y después de la experiencia con Dave, lo seguiré siendo.

first off, I want to say that skull candy has always been THE brand for me since I found the crusher evo's. even as a music producer I still think they sound clean, and the bass is next to none - literally in a league of its own. so I've always loved my skull candys to death, raving to my friends about how they're the best headphones I've ever, ever owned.
BUT... last august I picked up the 540 actives because I also go to the gym a lot, and found the original evo's to be too "sweaty". and I have experienced quite a few issues with them that bother me quite a bit sadly. first of all, the "clamp-force" isn't even noticeable, and I have a big head. the force is nowhere near enough to overcome the pads that have less friction on the head compared to the leather-like pads on the evo's. secondly, they started creaking a whole lot when swiveling the ear cups. but above all, when I was doing a set of incline press, they fell off my head and to the ground (sadly happens a lot :() now, the ear cup "holder" is completely loose, and rattles and makes a lot of noise when playing the lower frequencies. it is super frustrating, especially considering I bought these for the sake of the low frequency response.
don't get me wrong, I love them, but this really puts a halt to my excitement.
worst of all, I bought them from a 3rd party site here in Denmark, and they refuse to take them back because its "not covered by warranty after being dropped". I'm stuck with a pair of headphones that broke after a few months, and it breaks my heart, because I truly love skull candy to death. I will still give them stars, because the crushers are easily the best pair of heapdhones I've EVER owned.

Ich versuche mit dem customer service in Kontakt zu treten allerdings ist das unmöglich. Fast so als hätten sie keinen. Meine kopfhörer sind kaputt und ich hätte gerne mein Geld zurück das wird allerdings nicht gemacht. Auch den rückversand soll ich übernehmen obwohl das Gesetz etwas anderes sagt. Ich wünschte ich hätte dort nie ein gekauft. Für das was man dort zahlt sollte man davon ausgehen das sie besser mit ihren Kunden umgehen.

Customer support responded fast and was helpful when I needed them and delivery was quick on their part. Overall I had a pretty good experience dealing with them. Also, the Crusher Evos are great!

I ordered headphones and paid for it in December. Is it February 17 and it is still not shipped.
I tried contacting them but they onlt have a bot which says it creates tickets in support for me but it really doesn't.
Irresponsible. No support contact info to talk to a human. They practically stole from me.
The headphones are great, and the support even better. I had a problem with my headphones (a button stopped working) and Rhyan, from the customer experience team was able to sort out everything in less than 24h.

I’ve been using the Smokin’ Buds earphones for over a year, and the experience has been amazing. Last night, while coming back from work, I accidentally dropped one of the earbuds on the pavement and couldn’t find it because it was very dark.
The next day, I found it in perfect condition, which really surprised me because it had rained all night and there was a heavy storm in Bristol. Even though it was completely soaked, it was still on and paired with my phone immediately, I didn’t even dry it first. I was absolutely chuffed!
Bought it for £20 and received an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend!!!

Got it in 5 days after ordering which is really fast in my opinion taking the fact that the last time i ordered it took 2 weeks to arrive. Great quality and easy to use website. overall i really recommend (ordered crusher 540 active)

Habe mir die Crusher Bass Evo Kopfhörer beim black Friday bestellt, das Geld wurde auch schon abgezogen.
Ich warte jetzt schon 3 Wochen und beim Bestell Status steht dass die Bestellung schon erwartet wurde, aber ich habe nichts bekommen!
Bei UPS steht die Bestellung wird an den Verkäufer zurrück geschickt?
Habe dann den Support an geschrieben was da los ist aber es antwortet nur der Chat Bot mit vorgegebenen Dialogen ! Was bringt mir dass??
Habe dann ein Support ticket bekommen und bis heute hat sich niemand gemeldet ….
Echt schade habe vorher nur gutes über die Firma gehört.

I have Method anc 360 and they are awesome. I use them almost everyday and they have so long battery and the anc works perfectly. Also bass boost on them is pretty nice. Had some Trouble with delivery to Croatia but customer support is so helpful and really nice. Helped a lot.

I ordered two pairs of headphones on November 27th. After about a week, the shipment status changed to "delivered" and the money I paid was returned to my account. I assumed they had canceled my order, so I ordered two more pairs of the same headphones. The same thing happened again, only this time, the money was returned to my account for one pair. I ordered another pair because it looked like they had canceled one pair of headphones. After a few days, the first order was delivered—the one for which they refunded me. At first, I thought it was some kind of error on their part and they would automatically cancel my other orders. Unfortunately, after a few days, they debited my account for the second order and the third order. I placed these orders as I had previously mentioned because my money was being sent back to my bank account. I immediately canceled these orders before they even shipped them, but of course, their customer service is nonexistent, so they didn't even respond to my order cancellations and sent me these headphones. I couldn't do anything else.I couldn't do anything with them, so I told the courier to return the parcels to the sender. The parcels were returned over a week ago. I have -400 euros in my bank account, no response, no money, no contact. I believe this is deliberately misleading the consumer because why would they refund my money to my account almost every time I ordered?
I do not even know what to do now.

Am 3.12 etwas bestellt - Heute ist der 31.12 es ist nichts angekommen. Mir wurde mehrfach gesagt es kommt bis weinachten an aber nichts. Jetzt sitz ich hier seit fast einer woche ohne weinachtsgeschenk. Hatte gute erwartungen von vorherigen erfahrungen aber jetzt erhalte ich hier eher einen schlechten eindruck und werde in zukunft nicht mehr hier bestellen.
