Skratch Women Omdömen 

I did a on course lesson and it was the best decision I made. I had been having lessons and going to the driving range but the course filled me with fear. This was a great session with everyone supporting each other keeping it lighthearted and fun whilst learning great little tips to help you get around the course.

I have been part of Skratch for a few months now and have absolutely loved my time with the community. I was a complete beginner of golf and was a little nervous because I thought I’d be the only one. Skratch has a great beginners learning program - where I’ve met other ladies that are of similar levels. We’ve all enjoyed it so much that we want to now do an improver course!

I’ve been looking for a group of likeminded girls to play golf with because I’ve only ever had men play around me. Skratch is the perfect mix of golf and social! Any girl who wants to meet new people and play golf, it’s the place for you!!

I attended my first (and definitely not last) Skratch event in September at Moor Park for the Women in Business Golf Day. I was so impressed by the organisation that had gone into making the day such a success. The lessons were inclusive and perfectly pitched for all levels. Everyone really got involved and it was just great to experience a rare opportunity to talk with professional women in a different environment. 10/10!

I attended a Skratch event at Moor Park and it was wonderful. I am a total beginner at golf and they made it very approachable and easy. I participated in a golf clinic with amazing instructors that taught me the basics of driving, putting and the short game, and I came away with great contacts and a newfound appreciation for a sport that had previously intimidated me.

Attended the drive and drinks and par 3 golf day not knowing anyone and both events were full of friendly ladies and an enjoyable event despite being a beginner golfer. Definitely glad I went and will continue to go to socialise and find new golf buddies.

I really enjoy going to Skratch meet ups, it’s a great way to meet and connect with women who play golf. Some who are really new to the sport and just starting out and some who have a heap of experience and knowledge! So far I’ve only joined the drinks and driving range days but am keen to try some of the other events next summer!

Skratch Women is a brilliant way to get in to golf. I’ve been doing the beginners course in Radlett which has been amazing. They’ve found a great course and coach, I really hope they continue and create an improver course. I’ve only been to one social, (hence 4 starts) which was warm and welcoming, just a fun way to meet new golf friends. The WhatsApp community manned it so easy to organise a round and meet new people. Hope I can get out on some par 3 days!

I've played a handful of Skratch women events and also been abroad with the Skratch ladies visiting Turkey in 2022 and playing in their pro-am team.
Cal has created a fabulous community of women and I personally love that they offer so much for everyone's abilities and budgets.
I've met some lovely women through this community and their events, groups offering support and encouragement for many young women in the golf community are not something easily found so Skratch has been a really valuable addition to the golf community!
I cannot wait to see what events we have to look forward to in 2025!

I’ve participated in multiple Skratch Women events from their Learning Programme to driving range nights and days on course and have loved each one of them! The women who participate are all incredibly welcoming and supportive and supportive of all skill ranges. Would definitely recommend their events for anyone interested in golf no matter how long they’ve been playing!

I have really enjoyed getting into golf with skratch women. First I did the Skratch learning programme in Richmond which taught me all the basics and got me ready for the course. Then I joined the Skratch season 1 which was fantastic. I have met so many people through this programme and we now regularly play golf. The season included 12 lessons and 4 rounds of golf and I have seen such a huge improvement and more importantly got my handicap. I enjoyed this so much I signed up for the next season. I have seen so much improvement and made so many golf friends to play with.

I’ve recently attended two events with Skratch, one being a women in business golf day and the other a ‘swing strong’ event at the golf groove. Both were well organised, designed with women like me in mind. As a younger, female golfer with a job and family the traditional women’s golf set up doesn’t always work for me. Skratch have done a great job of creating an environment for golfers like me whether a beginner or more experienced to feel included and I’ve made some lovely new golfing friends as a result! Thank you!

After feeling a bit crap about not really having a hobby that I could call my own, I decided to look into golf but didn’t know where to start. I found Skratch after googling ‘golf lessons for women in London’ and joined the summer learning programme at Royal Mid Surrey on a whim. I am so glad I did because 4 months later I am still loving learning and playing golf. While the actual game is super enjoyable, the thing that I have loved the most is the amazing and supportive women I have been lucky enough to meet along the way. The environment Skratch creates is such a supportive one that there is no question too silly to ask and no matter what your level is, you feel encouraged to play and most importantly, to have fun.

Can’t wait to attend more Skratch events in the future!

Skratch is a wonderful community supporting women getting into golf and advancing their golf skills. Skratch arrange lots of events throughout the year - from driving range practice, to wine and 9, to golf course sessions (even golf vacations!), they offer plenty of opportunities for different skill levels. Along with being able to practice golf in a safe and supportive environment, I have been able to surround myself with other women into the same hobby as me. I even made connections with women that I stay in touch with outside of the community events - which has been a bonus for me.
If you're a women into golf, I highly recommend getting involved in this community!

I am so happy to have discovered Skratch Women this year! Such a fun community with amazing golf events. I have met the loveliest fellow golf enthusiasts and have managed to improve my game really quickly this Summer by joining various fun golf activities. Really looking forward to joining more events in the future!

Skratch Women is an incredible community of women who love golf. It doesnt matter if you are new or experienced there is always something going on that you can get involved in. I have participated in trips away to play golf and some community events in London and I have truly enjoyed them fully. It is a fantastic way of meeting people that share the same passion for a sport.
I fully recommend coming to some of their events!!

Skratch Women is the best! Fun, regular events for women golfers around London, and an active community where you can arrange tee times in different areas. It’s been wonderful meeting other women, in a sport that can feel so male dominated! So massive shout out to the organisers.

Mix of events near London and ones to travel to. The demographics tends to be young professionals, in 20s and 30s, some a bit older and very inclusive vibe.

Easy to meet people of different abilities, as they have training programs for beginners and intermediates but also some lower handicap golfers in the community.

It’s been a great experience to meet with fellow golfers and have an on course lesson too. The drinks and driving range was also a nice way to share experiences of starting out in golf.

I joined Skratch Women in September 2023 when I was brand new to moving to the UK from the US. After struggling to find women to play golf with I came across Skratch, and I am so happy that I did! I have since gone to a number of Skratch events both locally as well as, weekend trips and every event has been great and very well organized. The community I have found in Skratch is amazing and I’m looking forward to attending many more events in the future!

I had an incredible experience at the Skratch Women, Women in Business Golf Day event! It was inspiring to be surrounded by so many driven and talented women, all sharing ideas and supporting each other's growth. The workshops were insightful and filled with valuable takeaways that I can apply to my own career.

The highlight of the day was the golf lessons in the afternoon! It was the perfect mix of fun and learning, providing a unique and relaxing environment to network with other professionals. Whether you were a beginner (like myself) or more experienced, the instructors were patient and made it an enjoyable experience for everyone.

This event was a wonderful balance of professional development and personal growth. I left feeling empowered and connected. Looking forward to the next one!
