Quickest service and best price for skips in the UK for all our projects. Great app for ordering, highly recommend.

This company used to be brilliant.... and now its absolutely abysmal. We used to use it all the time, and all of a sudden, they stopped ALL credit accounts across the entire company and closed them all to you have to pay up front... best part is... they didnt tell anyone until they flicked the switch and you went to order and they wanted it up front. Poor Poor service, and would never use again for hamstringing companies like that.

Order a skip in November, was delivered in 2 days, the skip was full 3 days later and was due to be collected on the 2nd December, well that dates has been and gone, we are now the 29th January and the same old excuses, the depot has been told to remove and will be done by the end of the week and then the next week comes and still a skip. Spoke to the skip company that own the skip and surprise surprise they haven't paid them. So they have had my money and not paid the supplier. I haven't been able yo use my drive or get access to my garden for over 9 weeks now. Bunch of cowboys. Say they will ring you back and nothing avoid if you don't want a new sculpture on your drive!!!!!

Do not use this company if you run a business. They will let you down at the last minute, tell you there are extra charges that you have not agreed to, and forget to order the skips with the "depot" as the depot is whatever local skip supplier they can find, and from the ones I speak to they dislike this company to.

It takes me seconds to order by the app and that’s why I choose Skrap every time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is just an internet platform, all the work is subcontracted, and you never know who you will get, good people or cowboys. On 14 April 2023, a skip we rented through the Skrap app was collected by One Waste Clearance at 06.45am, the driver turned up unannounced, despite having specifically required that he called me beforehand. I had cleared the front drive of the house and parking area so there was proper access and despite all this, whilst I was rushing downstairs after being woken up by the noise, the One Waste Clearance driver managed to crash the skip into the left-hand side bay of the house, breaking the sill in two, breaking and damaging bricks and pushing the window frame inside! And on top of this the driver swore at me because I was taking photos for reference! Despite many emails and phone calls since then, I have not received a single penny in compensation, Skrap has even refused to reimburse the original cost of the skip hire as a first goodwill gesture. Five months later, the official story is that Skrap cannot get hold of One Waste Clearance regarding financial compensation, which is not my problem but Skrap’s, so we will now start legal proceedings for financial compensation to repair the house properly. And on Monday 4 September 2023, I witnessed a skip lorry from One Waste Clearance being pulled over by the Police in Morden as it was carrying FOUR stacked empty skips!!
