love this company. Good product portfolio, some of shops are in exquisite locations therefore offering a shopping experience . Highly recommended , especially if traveling to the Netherlands. Amsterdam Conservatorium Hotel is THE ONE , still any other shop is enjoyable.

Lousy customer support and updates
Ordered a gift card and a perfume which was supposed to be shipped within two days. After a week, still no updates on shipping and I had to chase customer support twice to get an update on my order.
An agent told me on Friday the 23rd that, because of an error in the system, my order did not come through and they would create another order which was supposed to arrive on Saturday. They only told me this after I had to chase them again on the status. No pro-active messaging whatsoever.
I received no tracking updates, and after consulting with an agent again, they told me to wait until this evening while providing me with a track & trace code that did not work. I told them that I wanted to cancel my order, but I wasn't allowed to because DHL supposedly already had my order.
After asking with DHL what the status was, they said to consult Skins again, because they couldn't give me an order. Skins again, refer me to DHL.
Kastje - muur. Would absolutely not recommend as they are not friendly and very unhelpful - only blaming other parties.

Skins ignores customers, very little to no attention
Skins sent my package quickly through DHL, with the bad luck that the delivery person checked the package left at somebody’s else house and actually was not. It took them more than two weeks to come back to me to still ask me the same questions I reported three times to them and still offering me no solutions. They care very little about customers when something does not go as expected, I would encourage customers to buy their products from another provider

Nieuwe Skins winkel in Amersfoort. Vandaag zijn we, mijn vriend en ik, daar ontzettend leuk geholpen door een hele vriendelijke dame genaamd Romy. Ze heeft ons heerlijke nieuwe geuren laten ruiken en ook goed geholpen met een glansje voor op het gezicht. Top service! Hier kom ik zeker terug.

Na 20 jaar klant te zijn
Na 20 jaar klant te zijn. Heb ik vandaag besloten om te zeggen dat gemiddelde flesje parfum van 40 tot 70 euro duurde te zijn. Service is zwaar onder de maat.

DHL gaf aan dat de zending bezorgd was terwijl dit helemaal niet het geval was. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Skins (Kim) om dit voorval uit te leggen. Na een week kwam er geen duidelijk uitsluitsel van DHL maar kreeg ik de bestelling alsnog nieuw opgestuurd! Super netjes opgelost!!

I ordered several Discovery sets on the Skins website and was absolutely delighted when I received the parcel - everything was packed at a luxury level - every detail was thought out - even the invoice was included in a branded postcard. It is rare to find such a level of service lately. In addition, the marketing policy is very well thought out - you are not pushed to buy perfume, but very delicately inspired, with beautiful packaging, fast delivery (a few working days to Germany!!!) and a good discount program.
The company employs motivated employees who are very concerned about the success of their company and their business!!! My parcel was divided into 2 shipments, I was informed about this by letter, but I missed it. And when I wrote to the service center, within a few minutes I received 3 (!!!) letters from different people with polite explanations and all this in the evening, after work! The service is amazing!!!

Fijn contact en goede hulp, zelfs via chat.
Ik had een vrij complexe vraag, maar Kim wist de juiste vragen te stellen om me toch te kunnen helpen. Zo kreeg ik uit ruim 700 parfums, vijf opties die me erg aanspraken. Persoonlijk contact, ondanks dat het via chat gaat.

Parfum koop je overal, ervaring niet
Snelle levering, maar wel naar een servicepunt terwijl ik duidelijk voor thuisbezorging had gekozen. Jammer.
Daarnaast is de persoonlijke touch compleet weg. Geen enkel sample, geen extraatje, niets. Parfum koop je overal – het is juist de service waarmee je opvalt. En die mist nu totaal.

Shocking situation about Skins
(Trustpilot has verified everything by means of evidence, this concerns my writing about the situation regarding Skins), the allegations of Skins are incorrect and untrue.
Skins is in default, has made a promise to credit, does not fulfill this promise. There is no reason not to fulfill this promise. The promise was made after I informed them about my intention to start legal proceedings. I had asked them to return a defective product because it was opened upon receipt (Evidence recorded in photos). This was refused by Skins because they thought the product was in order. On closer inspection, they decided to credit anyway, I also had sufficient evidence.
Skins, after they understood that I was going to publish why I was dissatisfied with them, adopted an intimidating tone towards me and they also publicly stated that I had created fake accounts with which I write comments about them. This is not correct because I always write with my own account. Should Skins continue with these kinds of allegations, I will mention my last name, which will result in them being guilty of slander. They are spreading incorrect information about me in public with the aim of drawing attention to it so that my review will have less weight. Unfortunately, this will not work for Skins.
I had ordered a cream via the Skins webshop, unfortunately I found an opened bottle upon receipt. There was cream on the cap and the content was less compared to the same, correct bottles.
I consulted the webshop and got in touch with a Customer experience specialist. I explained the situation to her using 2 photos, she immediately indicated that the bottle is correct and that no returns will be accepted.
Because she was radical and direct in her position without giving room for more explanation and viewing more photos, I have decided to indicate that I will take her and Skins to court as a result of delivering a defective product.
Skins responded by terminating the customer relationship, I believe that my response was justified and logical.
I have hired a lawyer and have also mentioned this, I also stated that I will publish the case.
Shortly after this I received a response by email:
"We have proceeded to credit" "We are saying goodbye"
However, I have not received any compensation to date, the amount that they were supposed to credit has never appeared in my account. I have sent my correct account number to be sure, they have received this.
They most likely have bad intentions and have promised to credit to prevent me from further expanding and publishing the case. By not complying with the obligation: promise to credit, they have actually let the case escalate as you can now see.
I have pointed out their behavior to Skins and I have informed them of the next steps, I have also informed them of the fact that I find them reprehensible and that I am coming to get my money. My lawyer and the disputes committee will follow up on this.
Finally, I have been in contact with (this actor does not want to be named) about this matter and they will summon Skins for questioning if more reports arise because there are indications that promises were made to me deliberately and knowingly with the intention of providing me as a customer with incorrect information, which would prevent me from publishing this message and initiating legal proceedings for the amount. This, in combination with the lack of credit, makes it very remarkable.
Welcome to Skins,
I have since learned that the product(s) I ordered differ in terms of regulations from other products, which would cause Skins to make a loss if they register my product as defective and take it back.
However, this can of course never be a reason to refuse a defective product because they would then prefer money and materials over their customer.
In this case, it is of course a short-sighted action because they suffer more damage by coming into conflict with me.
If Skins is convicted, I will possibly publish the verdict, I will publicize it.
It is very simple, a promise was made and it was not kept.
Altijd perfect
Ik ben altijd ontzettend tevreden over Skins, zowel in de winkel als online. De klantenservice is top: ik word per e-mail altijd snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Een recente klacht werd supersnel en naar volle tevredenheid opgelost, zelfs omgebogen naar een positieve ervaring. Het is elke keer weer een feestje om mijn bestelling uit te pakken: supersnel verzonden, prachtig en luxe verpakt. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Echt klasse!

Today i was by the new store from Skins in Den Haag. Normally i go to the store in the Mall of The Netherlands (always super experience buying my perfume). My experience there was not so good, no one greet me and my friend, we were feeling observed and judged. We were looking at a lot of perfume that day as she was picking perfume for her wedding. Finally we both found something. I was buying perfume that cost 88€ (I’m level 4 and I mostly buy perfume in Skins as I love experience) and I received no sample, I kindly asked the lady as always by samples I discover new scents, she said she cannot give me a sample because I didn’t spent 120€. 2 days ago my boyfriend was buying something small in the Skins Westfield and still got 3 samples for me as always without even asking. I love going to Skins because of the whole experience of buying new scent but today I was really disappointed because of the service.

Goede service en klantgericht. Mooi assortiment. Ik heb laatst een bestelling geplaatst deze was tijdens transport beschadigd geraakt, maar skins heeft dit goed opgelost en ik kreeg snel een vervangende set.

Package gets lost during delivery and they make it my problem. Poor customer service. And despite the reaction below of Skins, American Express meanwhile solved the issue, since the customer service went completely silence. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
