Great Advice means I have a controller that is Night & Day better!
Reached out to SkinPixel for a severe stick drift on my PS5 controller. Was given a good breakdown of a repair or an upgrade on the sensors. Decided on the sensors and night and day EA FC plays so much better. Sticks are responsive. No longer fighting my controller to keep my player where I am.
Also note warranty is good, and the owner is a knowledgeable chap. I cannot recommend enough.
Some of the customer controller skins look sick as well!

Initial impression screwed by own mistakes
So to start with all in all I’d say it was a pleasant experience and pretty straight forward ordering the parts however not sure how happy I am with the finished product. These sticks aren’t meant to have stick drift but…. They do…. Don’t get me wrong, they are responsive but I was hoping for zero deviation but that’s not what I’ve received. Maybe I just got unlucky but that’s been my experience
Edit: having been kindly reached out to by Carl at skin pixel he managed to clear up some mistakes I had made and have since much improved my experience with the sticks

Great Service
Decided to upgrade to TMR sticks after having drift on the dualsense edge controller. The site showed every step of the delivery and I'm very happy with the controller, it also came much faster than expected.
I would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again in the future.

Very happy!
I ordered a custom controller for my brother and am so happy with the results. Skinpixel were very communicative and answered any questions I had, I also really enjoy their order page that lets you know what stage the order is at. The turnaround I felt was very reasonable considering I ordered in a busy period around Christmas. Would 100% recommend and will be ordering again!

The custom PS5 covers were done exactly…
The custom PS5 covers were done exactly as I asked for, the quality of the work is excellent comparable to an OEM product.
The send in service was actually much quicker than estimated (about 2 weeks) so overall I’m really glad I decided to get the covers customised by Skin Pixel as I don’t not want to have to use 3rd party covers to get the 30th anniversary look.

I ordered the black Joy-Con 2
I ordered the black Joy-Con 2. The first thing that I immediately noticed is that the right accent ring had several dents and gashes on it from the paint while the left one was clean and didn't have any defects. "Meticulously hand-painted", that's for sure. The second thing is that whoever put the controller back together wasn't careful at all as the back of shell makes a sound whenever you put enough pressure. It turns out that this happens if the clip on the back shell is broken when trying to put the shell back into place. I'm guessing this is one of the "slight variations" that's supposed to make it feel unique? Also, I don't see the reason why you'd put the black Joy-con straps if you're not even going to bother painting them black to match the controller. All in all, I'm never going to order from here ever again. I learned my lesson.

I completely understand your frustration. What you’ve described regarding the accent ring damage and the back shell clip issue is not the standard I aim for, and I’ll hold my hands up here: if a controller has left my workshop in that condition, then that’s on me. My work is hand-painted, but that should never mean dents, gashes, or assembly faults — those aren’t “variations,” they’re problems that should have been caught before dispatch.
The issue you mentioned with the back shell noise may indeed sound like a damaged clip, and that’s something I would absolutely want the chance to inspect and resolve.
The Joy-Con straps point is also fair — consistency matters, and I appreciate you calling that out.
I know you’ve said you won’t be ordering again, but I’d still really like the opportunity to make this right for you. If you’re willing, please reach out to me directly via email or the website so we can discuss a repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution. Even when feedback is hard to hear, it’s important, and it helps me improve.
