Satisfied
So far, I love them! I had a problem with the size and customer service took care of that quickly.
One thing I would love others to realize is that these are not compression pants. They’re resistance bands.
Overall, GREAT

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD!!
WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD!!! I never received my package. The company tried to force me to make a claim with UPS which of course I was unable to (because that's not how claims work!!). I have repeatedly asked for the claim number, and they refuse to give it to me. I'm currently in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. It's been over a month and the customer service has been ridiculously unhelpful. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Over $400 wasted!

We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been. We’ve reviewed your case and confirmed that the shipping carrier has marked your order as successfully delivered. Nevertheless, we are still in contact with the carrier to investigate the matter further. 🌸
It appears that there is a disconnect…
It appears that there is a disconnect between the customer service side of your organization and the marketing side. I have been questioning the sizes in my order since 9/24, (immediately after ordering) today is 10/5. When they finally arrived I returned the wrong sizes unopened on 10/3 with your return shipping label. You can check the tracking. The marketing side continues to dangle a $15 credit in my face and has for what seems like a week. I feel ignored, this all could have been avoided back in September before they were shipped out. In my opinion Back to the $15 promotional credit I never received my size smalls, what you sent (size XS & M) was turned around and sent back unopened the day after I received it. It is unprofessional to ignore customers, and that is how I feel, that my time and frustration with you is not important.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. We completely understand why you feel disappointed, especially after reaching out about the sizing before your order arrived.
You’re absolutely right that this should have been handled more smoothly, and we apologize that you felt ignored throughout the process. We also understand that you returned the XS and M unopened and were expecting size Small instead.
Regarding the $15 promotional discount, we’d like to clarify that this offer can only be applied by the customer during the checkout process when placing the order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply the $15 discount or issue a $15 refund after an order has already been placed. We’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
Please contact our support team at support@skinnify.co so we can review your order, check the return tracking, and make sure we assist you with the exchange. 🙏
Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. Product was as described. You can certainly feel the bands working. The fit is very snug but not uncomfortable. An added bonus are the two deep pockets in the front which are great for carrying your keys or cell phone. Would definitely buy again.

8 banded leggings
The leggings arrived in normal time, for the outback. Product was well packaged and amazing to wear. I ordered the 8 band leggings and I could definitely feel my self working against them as I walked.
Wish I had known about them sooner.
Pity they are so expensive or I would buy another half dozen. Brilliant idea!!

It arrived before expected. Was surprised at how tight it fits and is hard to keep pants up. They slide down constantly and I have to keep pulling them up. Otherwise I like the material and the look when they are up!
