Counterfeit products are being sold on this website. I have ordered a Obagi Medical product here. After reading the negative reviews decided to buy it from an authorized Obagi store. You can clearly see the difference between both products on the product itself and the packaging. Don't know about other products.

Skinmedix.com does not refund unless your product arrives damaged. I just paid $92 for a product that irritates my eyes and I have no recourse. STAY AWAY!!!

Sold me a counterfeit item. The label text was off from the print, the packaging was not the same, and you can tell the label was removed and reapplied. When I contacted them about this they sent me a list of reviews. They didn’t even abide by their return policy.

Did not receive the package as they sent the items through USPS. Unfortunately, the package got stolen or lost as I did not receive the items in the mail. SkinMedix (https:www skinmedix com) did not bother doing a refund or reshipment of the product. Poor and terrible customer service. I won't order from this company again. Never!

I ordered Peter Thomas Roth potent C serum.The only reason I picked this website because they had a travel size.I didn’t want to buy a full size since it’s expensive and I wasn’t sure if my skin will like it.Bottle came not sealed and it started to peel immediately to the point that have name of the product is gone and you can see inside of the bottle.Product had a terrible smell and it was coming out as orange oil with tiny dots of white cream.I threw it away immediately.Also website doesn’t allow you to write a review unless it’s at least 4 stars.Review just won’t submit.Scam!

I ordered an Obagi C serum, but was sent a FX Clarifying serum, which is lighter in colour then what ive been using contacted then to explain it doesnt look the same and was told the serum would darken with time and Obagi has changed packaging to FX clarifying serum.
The Obagi products are fake and NOT genuine do not purchase from this company.

I recently ordered the Obagi Facial serum shocked to see that when I opened the bottle the serum was green. I have been using this product for three years THIS IS NOT AUTENTIC, please do not order from this company

I’ve returned my products and Skinmedix doesn’t refund me. I returned my products ( i have proof of delivery to them) and its been 4 months I am waiting for my money now. The order’s cost is £111.47. Their response was: “Our system will not allow us to process the refund.” and totally ignoring my replies after that. Their customer service doesn’t care about their customers, they only care about cashing that money in. I returned the products and they are not willing to refund me. Thieves!!! I have proof of every word I’m saying and I will make sure to post this review everywhere so other people won’t get scammed.

Ordered Obagi products before I read the reviews, so panicked a bit and contacted them, but to be fair, contact was excellent and delivery from USA within 21 days. Product looks genuine enough.

I ordered a neocutis product from SkinMedix (throat and decollete cream) and received a jar that was dirty, looked old, and in which the cream was brown. I contacted SkinMedix (by email - there is no human to answer the phone ever) and was asked to send photos which I did. I have tried to get any resolution to this issue repeatedly, to no avail. "Ackiee" sends a reply email either asking again for a photo (which I've already sent twice) or just a generic "my request has been updated". What? Terrible experience. Terrible customer service!! Will never order from this website ever again and I encourage others to do the same. The products cost a lot of money, and if you can't trust the quality of the products, nor the responsiveness of their customer service (nonexistent), then no amount of "discount" is worth this hassle. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I ordered obagi I then realised it was 14 dollars shipping. Contacted them via email they sent of confirmation .
I then read horrific reviews on here . Panicked contacted them again asking if their products were fake etc . They contacted me straight away reassured me and gave me the option to cancel my order . Because of reviews on here I chose a refund. I have just had notification that my money is back in my account. Hassle free and definitely they do have a customer service who were very responsive . I can't complain . I now need to source what wanted now though from another source. I am sorry I read and believed the negative reviews. Well done skinmedix and thankyou .

never received my order : scam

PLEASE I URGE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. I ordered 3 Elta brand sun screen from them which cost over $150 and received no confirmation email, no tracking number… nothing. I have not received my product. You cannot call the company as it is an automated system that does not allow you to leave a message. I have emailed and sent a message through their websites contact form and NO RESPONSE!

I spent this much as I have sensitive skin and this sunscreen does not cause me to have breakouts. This was a lot to spend in the current climate we are in, and I cannot believe that this company has done this to me. They also conveniently don’t have a google business page so you cannot leave a public review there, this is all just terrible.

Unfortunately I had to leave at least 1 star.!! Do not buy from this company. They are not authorised by Obaji. I thought I was getting a deal. Been using the Obaji range for years but became very expensive. This company use fake products , my skin has deteriorated since buying from them. Clearly fake !
I contacted them and have been ignored. Clearly they dont care. You may get your order on time but what is in it ???

Ordered an eye cream that caused an allergic reaction. Returned it with a letter to asking for a refund. Have not received my refund or any acknowledgement of my return. Tried contacting with no acknowledgment. Do not deal with this company. Bad news.

Will be contacting my bank for a charge back....2 weeks and no order received and no response to my emails

I have orderd one item from Skinmedix in realy Decmber 2022, still untill now I havent recived my delivery, I dont know what is going on and if im going to recive my order, I did email them few times and they responded, they've told me its on its way my last email i sent them they havent responded.

I was skeptical when I ordered as the products were coming from the USA but received prompt order confirmation email and dispatch email with tracking on. Did get worried when parcel tracking updates stopped when it reached the UK but can confirm the products arrived as ordered no problems! (For reference products took 12days to arrive from date ordered via standard international shipping)

I placed an order for SkinCeuticals Discoloration Defense totaling approximately $100. I received the product in just a few days but when I opened it, the product was dark brown and oxidized. I tried to call the company but their phone doesn’t offer live help; it directs you to their customer service email address. I emailed them and a few days later they responded requesting pictures. I sent pictures and they agreed to send a free replacement. Again, the delivery time was only 2 days but upon opening the box, I found another product that was dark brown and oxidized. It was from a different lot number so it appears multiple lots are bad and they’re still selling it. I reached out to them immediately via email but after a few days there was no response. I’ve now reached out 4 more times and still no response. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card company because at this point I just want a refund. How can you sell bad product and make it impossible for customers to get through to you? This appears to be purposeful. My advice to potential buyers: there’s several other companies that sell the same products - buy from them. This place is a waste of time and money.
