Ich habe eine Auszahlung von 30 € beantragt. Sowohl in der Bestätigungs-E-Mail als auch in der Transaktionsübersicht wurden 30 € angezeigt. Tatsächlich erhalten habe ich jedoch nur 30 USDT, was ungefähr 25 € entspricht. Das bedeutet einen klaren Wertverlust ohne transparente Erklärung.

Der Support hat auf meine Anfrage lediglich geantwortet, dass alles korrekt sei. Keine nachvollziehbare Erklärung, keine Kulanz, keine Lösung. Das Problem wurde einfach abgetan, da sie mir ja 30 EUR geschickt haben. Die TRXID beweist, dass es 30 USDT waren... Hier wird man dreist abgezogen!!

Keine transparente Kommunikation über Umrechnung oder Auszahlung in Krypto. Kein sichtbares Lizenzieren im Casino...
