If you want to lose your money and time and also have headaches and problems, this is the place for you. Don't ever order from their official website! NEVER!
They charging you with the full prices on discounted items, so you have to pay insane import taxes.
You even have to pay taxes on the "gifts," because they are also charged at full price.
And they will ignore you, no matter how many emails you send them.

Fraudulent and no business integrity
Like many other customers, I was lured in by the Black Friday and Cyber Monday events. I only place an order for largely discounted items for a total amount below my country’s duty allowance.
From that moment on, everything went downhill. The company was unable to follow up with the increase in orders because of the popularity of the sales. My order took 7 days to be fulfilled and transferred to the warehouse. Contrary to what was advertised on their website the delivery doesn’t occur in 5-9 business days with FedEx. They use a shipping intermediary called ShipGate to ship to Europe and that sets the delivery in 14-35 days. Above all, they provided fraudulent export documents to accompany my shipment: all the items were listed at full price and even the gift I received with my order was listed under its regular price. Mind you my whole order were items priced 50 or 80% off. Countless customers in Europe flooded their social media with accounts of not getting their order or being hit with customs duties that they didn’t expect because they were under the duty allowance. This is because of their fraudulent practice. I managed to contact ShipGate to demand to know what paperwork was submitted for the export. They revealed what I said about regular prices and tried to hide behind Korean Customs Service’s guidelines. Actually, that is incorrect, Korean Customs recommends that items that benefit from a general discount (which happened during Black Friday) be listed at the sale price. I flagged it to both Skin1004 and ShipGate. I managed to stop the shipping until the Korean Customs gets back with their answer but Skin1004 hasn’t cared to respond to me or other furious customers. Mind you I even called my country’s customs office and they confirmed what I knew: I should be taxed for the amount I actually paid and anything else is fraudulent from the exporter’s point of view. As an example, other companies that ship from South Korea, such as Stylevena or Olive Young, provide export documentation that reflects exactly what the customer paid and Olive Young even programmed the duty free allowance for your destination country at check out to alert you. I will never ever buy from this brand directly or even through another trusted retailer. They are not in the business of respecting their customers.

I made an order of skincare for my mother to introduce her to Skin Care. I spent 86.48$.
Skin1004 has provided customs with an UNLAWFUL total of 230$+ dollars with a WRONG calculated bill.
Therefore Customs is now billing me for almost 70$ of taxes for values I DIDN'T PAY TO THEM!
They didn't include the discounts in the invoice!!!!!
This is breaking not only Korean Customs laws but also Italian Customs laws! This is unacceptable and they won't respond to any e-mails, posts or instagram messages.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They entered the wrong amount for customs clearance, which caused me to pay higher taxes. On top of that, they don’t respond to emails and didn’t even provide my invoice in PDF format. This experience has been such a disappointment. It was my favorite brand.
Bought Products, Never got them, NEVER REFUNDED
I bought a few products on the skin1004.com website and expected to receive them a week later. Despite this, DHL told me it was returned to shipper. I NEVER got a response from skin1004 or DHL and had to contact them personally. First, I contacted skin1004, which told me to reach out to DHL. After I contacted DHL, they told me to reach out to skin1004 regarding the return. I was never told once that I would get my money back. I had to call Chase and dispute the charge in order to get refunded.

I bought a sunscreen from Skin1004 via a trusted authorized reseller, then I saw multiple tiktoks from the brand itself comparing the original product with the fake one and it looked like mine was fake
I’ve been emailing the brand since last month and they haven’t solved my problem yet, they ignore my emails, they ignore everyone
And I’m here stuck with a fake product that I paid full price for

ILLEAGAL refund policy
This is their refund policy, which is illegal.
RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes, skin1004 goods are non-returnable. If you ordered the wrong item, cancellation is not possible. Please double check your order before placing.
I ordered their products and requested to cancel a few days later when the shipment had not been created. They do not even provide a "cancel" or a "refund" option on their website, so I had to contact them through email.
Then I got a reply saying that as per their policy, they could not cancel the order even though it was not shipped yet.
I replied that it is illegal to refuse to return as per KOREA's Act on the Financial Consumer Protection, so they must cancel my order.
My request was ignored, and they decided to create the shipping label the next day. I tried to contact them through chat on Korea's website, Kakao talk, and Instagram, but they ignored all my messages and replied "We will get back to you in a few minutes".
I cannot imagine how many international customers have been scammed by this company's illegal refund policy.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM
I have made an order since January and never received it. They will not return me my money. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!
