Do not use!!!! They will do whatever they can to steal your money. If your app crashes or freezes mid game, you automatically lose the match and your money. The company acts as if they are the only company ever to have an app that doesn't crash and it is somehow the users fault. They then refer to their ToS (section 8.8) claiming they refuse to give refunds under any circumstances. So if your game crashes, they keep your money and run!

These people are the absolute worst, literally thief's. Literally they just steal your money after deposit, the deposit processes takes all of a half second, the cash out process is non existent, some people do get paid, but the average Joe doesn't, they run an algorithm that reads customers financial standing and the odds of them being able to take them to court and based on this, it's being run by an Ai bot now, jsuk, if spits them a percentage, based on that they decide who they let cash out, and who they make up a false violation orin alot of cashed just straight up ghost the customer. They keep the winnings. It's a complete scam, do not waste your time or money. How I know this? I help develop the algorithm take care everyone.

Playing Brick Blaster it’s too easy to bump or breathe on the wrong button and the game begins and if you don’t want in a cash game, you have two seconds to exit, otherwise you’re in a cash game, unprepared. Or you might think you’re playing a free game but you lose. No problem, it asks you Play Again? Sure, I just lost a free game, let’s try again 😁 Next thing you see is OUT OF FUNDS because you just lost your $18 while thinking it was a free game. That is on purpose I think, otherwise they would ask Are You Sure? before betting a large amount.

This organisation is scamming people. They allow users in Australia to download their app and then deposit , they then block you from playing due to the location, but don’t mention this when signing up, even though you provide all your Australian information. They the. close your account and will not return your money. This is theft, I have reported them to my bank for fraud. Do not play here they are scammers.

I wish I would've read the reviews before I signed up. I deposited money through an offer on scrambly. The first couple offers registered, however when I played more it didn't register so I did not get credit. I went to just withdraw my money and the bonus money they gave me is the last to be played through so I got to withdraw nothing they're crooks. I do not recommend them at all.

I’ve emailed for 2 months waiting on my payout at first I would get a response lies but a response now they won’t even respond total scam it’s going on 3 months now

In June or July I withdrew 2 different withdrawls of $20 and $12.56. Never got the paper checks. 2 to 3 months later of waiting for said 2 checks in the mail I email them. They sent me a link for the bills app. I made an account been approved and resent the invoices 2 times. Last being on August 28th. And day before yesterday sent an email to skillz support which is supposed to be 24hr replay. Not to mention MANY emails before then. STILL NOTHING. Customer service won't email me back and I've been waiting for MONTHS for my withdrawals. Never had a problem in 2021 to 2022. Suddenly they don't want to help. Don't play.

I had already reach out to you twice. Now when I try to get a hold of you through the High Five game I am unable to get on it. Everything went bad when I deposited $75. After doing so I was asked to put on my email. I did that but you guys wouldn't allow it so I enter my other email address same thing it can't be used. I only have 2 email addresses since I can't play the game etc... I ask you to refund it. First message no response what so ever. When I wrote second complaint trying to have you either fix it so I can play or refund my money. I also I told you it would more or less be advisable to respond since you didn't with the first complaint about all of this. So you responded asked for my email address and you would try to fix it so I can play first before a refund. I went to check today for a message or to see if it would finally let me play and try it out but guess what happened! Yesterday when I tried the game had disappeared today when I tried it will not work it has this flashing that won't stop. I turned my phone totally off waited 5 minutes and tried it. Same thing.

You have all of my info to give me my $75 back and you also had me believing that if I deposited that I would get $59.50 back immediately. I have been trying to contact them to get paid for money I earned. They were very helpful at first, but when it comes to being paid…crickets. I won’t let this go and I will continue until I do get paid. I have messaged them several times with no response at all. I will not reveal the names of the customer support “if you can even call them that” I have spoken with, but will if this isn’t resolved. We’re going in two months now of nothing from them.

Skillz is a complete rip off. You will never get back any money you put in. Think about that, the people who “win” the cash league spend more than they win for the “ prestige”- this is as bad as it gets. Total rip off contrived game. They will get sued evenyually

I never play for money unless they give me a dollar or 2. I like playing these games but it is rigged against you. For example, I had 24,000 points on the football game and all of a sudden I was down to zero. I was good enough to get those points and all of a sudden I sucked? Rigged!!!!

Complete scam complete scam they do not put you on the same skill level as they put other players at all it's it's totally rigged these games are rigged everything I truly believe everything is rigged because they're so unfair so unfair they match you with someone with the people that are way above your level that way you can never win and that is the truth my friends they will eat you up in money

deposit some money to start game and they shut down account stealing your deposit because you won few games and using the promo code. they send the general template that you break terms of agreement about cheating and such. how can one cheat when one just start account. they say all profit from game are confiscated but they won't return your deposit. the deposits are not profit from winning game. they are not entitled to it. so basically you can't use your deposit or even play game. then they ignore your email replies when they even tell you to reply to the email. There are lots of similar reviews that i've read. they shut down your account to steal the money that is in account using tos violation template. don't trust this company.

Do not deposit , they tax to much on everything , for example you go in with 2,30 and 3rd place takes 80p lol !

I asked for a refund on a cash game of 30 dollars with only 1 refund issued for the same month. They sent me an email that says they warned me that my refund level was high (they never warned me, and apparently 2 refunds a month is “too much”)
I believe that they refuse to issue refunds for games of a more costly buy-in. What a cheap skate fraud game. I’ve won a lot of money but they don’t treat their long-time paying customers very well. 100% do not recommend playing these games or playing the higher buy-out games . They’ll steal your cash and call it fair.

They will steal your money by claiming there's an issue with your phone that causes the app to crash when in fact it is either due to negligence on their end because they refuse to allow you to connect to a game after the app crashes even though a person can wait a week to start a game after it's been initiated they will not allow you to reconnect. Every time the app crashes it's at the same exact time during the load up of a match before it even starts. They claim that you have a high ratio and that they cannot issue a refund anymore and that it's a fault with your device and not on their end when clearly it is on their end and they could avoid this all by allowing people to reconnect to their matches but they refuse to do so. pure thievery! They owe me for two matches which they collected the fee for and did not provide the match. Claiming that my internet connection or some other thing with my device must be wrong when it is not this is the only app that does anything close to glitching on my phone. No other app and this app consistently crashes at the same point in time for the same reason. So they can take your money without providing the service they claim to take the fee for.

I have screen recordings of it crashing and I also have detailed screenshots of my account the balances and the points and times in which the game that they call aborted but is actually an app crash due to their server or their connection or their coding
