Fantastic tutor and the venue was in the city centre , making it convenient for travel. I attended the FAW in Liverpool on 21/7/2026 and the whole experience was great. Received the certificate next day after completion and all the practical exercises linked theory to practise

I've just completed the one-day PAT testing course and assessment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The course was incredibly useful and informative, covering everything I needed to feel confident working on PAT testing going forward.
What really stood out was the trainer, Pat. They were entertaining and engaging throughout the day, making the content accessible and interesting. More importantly, they created an environment where I felt supported and my confidence grew steadily over the course. By the end of the day, I left feeling genuinely ready to apply what I'd learned in practice.
If you're considering PAT testing training, I'd definitely recommend this course. Great value and excellent instruction.

Excellent Level 3 Mental Health First Aid Course
I recently completed the Level 3 Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace course and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Stephen was an exceptional trainer—knowledgeable, approachable and engaging throughout the entire course. He created a safe, supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable contributing, even when discussing difficult topics.
The course was well structured, interactive and full of practical advice that I can confidently apply both in the workplace and in everyday life. I came away with a much better understanding of mental health, greater confidence in supporting others, and valuable skills that I know will make a real difference.

Just completed the 5 day plastering…
Just completed the 5 day plastering course had a great time, learned a lot and was really worthwhile doing for myself personally I’m an Ames taper to trade who can plaster to a certain level but was unsure of the different mixes prep work and drying times between coats and polishes Jim the instructor was very good at explaining and demonstrating throughout the days was happy to spend more time with some people and also happy to let some people just crack on and check in now and again to make sure everything was okay and pass on a few different tips of how to improve the technique or different ways to do things I personally liked the way he pushed me to take on the big wall on a certain time scale and to do walls and ceilings in my bay at the same time to get a realistic way of how a real plastering job would be done

I have just completed my 5 day SMSTS…
I have just completed my 5 day SMSTS course.from start to finish the office staff and training staff have been amazing.nothing was ever to much. For someone who struggled through life with exams I was worried about even starting this course. Our instructor Jim was amazing from the minute we sat down going though everything slowly and nothing was to much for him to help me. Big thanks to Jim and I will definitely will be booking and further course with Skills
