Good to start for someone who wants to be disciplined. However, I think it will be great if someone can just give a personal on-boarding experience to make it really effective.

A Session with Capt. Preetham to explore parents' concerns and non clarity around their 10-grader children in terms of where they were in context of preparing for upcoming exams and for the immediate future post 10th grade, was extremely beneficial. He has a way deconstructing what appear as complex, multilayered problems into manageable parts with simple solutions - so implementing them are very doable and they are very effective as well. The session left us parents feeling very reassured. Preetham's understanding of the issues and concerns and the solutions required for them were spot on since he himself is a parent of a school-goer, particularly a10th grader. I would highly recommend Preetham for facilitating clarity among parents on such matters.
Preetham conducted a session for 10th graders and parents on 6 October. I would say it was a great session and how he culminated all the fears and anxiety both for parents and children had in a simple framework which was very insightful.
Some of the key take aways for me was
a) Growth stages of kids and the role of parents from being general to guide when they are in their teens
b) Weekly connects with kids to raise the complaint we have about them instead of taking anger on the same day when incident happens
c) Not to connect Learning to work to money. Most of our profession is not aligned to the work we are doing
Overall great session and we all enjoyed the insights from it.
