Urgent Refund Request: Unauthorized Debit Mandate for AI Course
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to demand an immediate refund for an AI course subscription. While the advertised cost of the course was approximately 200, the debit mandate I was asked to approve was for an amount of Rs 5997. I did not approve this maximum amount, and I consider this an unauthorized transaction.
Furthermore, I have discovered that this organization operates without any accessible contact numbers, and they continue to post promotional links online daily, despite my clear intention to not proceed with the course. This lack of transparency and continued solicitation reinforces my belief that this is a fraudulent operation.
I unequivocally do not want this course and I insist on a full refund of my money. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter.

Joined a 99 rupee call 2 years back, the session was for 3 hours of which 60% of the call was upselling a program worth 16k, it was really terrible and not much value. lost that mich fund

I purchased a course worth ₹17,000 from Skill Nation, to upskill my carrier. After making the payment, I expected proper support and guidance as they promised they will do — but unfortunately, that never happened.

I tried contacting the support team multiple times, yet no one provided any help.They told we will get all the answers in webinar but our chats were never acknowledged .After selling the course, they completely stopped responding. None of my emails or messages were answered, and even Mr. Hardik Raja(the company owner) never replied to my concerns.

I also requested a refund, but it was never processed despite several follow-ups. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional from a learning platform that claims to empower students and professionals.

👉 I am publicly requesting Skill Nation and to process my refund of ₹17,000 immediately.I hope this issue receives the attention it deserves and that the company improves its customer support and accountability in the future.

I had made a purchase of course through Jatan Shah's workshop. I don't feel it was worth it. There is no ROI.

I was fooled after paying Rs.14000+ in a two installment, still I was given meaningless answers and emails. So people be clear before you choose to make payment for your studies.

few time i had lost my login credential, i was adequately helped by the team...and as promised i have access to all the videos and material and also i have been getting access to all the upcoming live sessions and webinar..

Total scam! They lure you in with a ₹99 workshop ad, then push a ₹9,000 course full of useless tricks and nonstop self-promotion. They spam you on WhatsApp and run the same scam in stock market, Excel, and marketing courses. I’ve blocked over 15 of their ad accounts. This is organized fraud..beware!

**🚨 WARNING: My Experience with SkillNation & Jitin Shah – A Scam in Disguise**
I want to share my experience with SkillNation and its Course provider **Jitin Shah**, so others don’t fall into the same trap.
A few months ago, I came across their online course promotions, where they aggressively push you to **make an immediate payment** to "lock in the best deal" — classic high-pressure sales tactics. Falling for this, I paid **₹7,000 as the first installment** for one of their masterclasses.
Within just a day of purchase, I accessed the material and was shocked at the **poor quality**. The content lacked depth, structure, or value — **completely unworthy of the hype** or price they demand. It was nothing close to what was promised during the pre-sales webinars.
What's worse?
* **I lost access within just 15 days**, despite having paid.
* I’ve been requesting a **refund for the last 5 months**.
* Each time, they dodge the issue with scripted responses or silence.
* **No one from their team has been willing to help**, even after knowing that I didn’t benefit or use their course fully.
He proudly claim that **Jitin Shah has made ₹100 crore** in business. If that’s true, why is it so hard to **refund ₹7,000** to a student who found no value in your course and barely accessed it?
This isn’t just bad business — it’s **unethical and manipulative**.

They will promise un-conditional refund in case you don't like but the moment you pay them full fees, and for any reason however valid it is, if you ask for refund, they will not process it.

I enrolled thinking I want to make a career in this and within days after signing up, I got a job offer in something totally different. I did not even start their program. I asked for refund as mentioned by them and they have simply refused.

So, beware of them. They are also cheaters like others online. I will however take them to courts, whatever the cost of this may be. Someone needs to take these kind of people head on, or they will keep on cheating others.

I once attended their Ai workshop, it's a fraud. Once you give them your number be ready to be spammed by them for the rest of your life, no matter how many numbers you block they keep contacting you to sell their course. Stay away from that shit.

Enrolled for the Financial Freedom Accelerator (FFA) program scheduled for 3+1 days. We got useful knowledge only on the 1st day. From 2nd day onwards, Jatan shah started sales pitch for the next level and continued the same for 3rd day as well. When I asked in the chat for some learnings I was removed from the meeting and they didn't allow me to join back. Pure commercial and money-minded.

I got scammed by Skill Nation. Their latest scheme is through a course on stock trading.

I paid thousands for their 3 days course. Though they promised that I will learn everything on trading, the topics covered were on managing credit-card expenses, maximising the CC reward points, and managing home loans. The 3rd day was nothing other than only selling their next level very expensive 1 year course. Though they promised no-questions asked money back guarantee before enrolling, they blatantly refused refund even after emailing, following up and making several phone calls for 2 weeks.
