I was struggling very hard to get my account credentials. When all efforts failed I had to contact support and Mr Daniel handled it as if it were his personal issue. He even reached out to the back office staff to get the issue resolved and he was so so professional. Am really grateful as his effort paid off and my account credentials is now with me. Great experience overall
The customer service is great they always respond very quickly and answer all my questions. So far I have no complaints about the firm, prices are fair, challenges parameters are good and they look out for the trader even implementing ways for the trader to prevent blowing the account.
