they are scammer they do scam and shutdown there services and scam all people payouts and accounts

They just robbed us

Literally they are so so so gone with our money that makes me laugh. Please dont trust any word of them, they just dont want to resolve the problem or give any reponse. Is OUR fault for trusting this people.

its alredy gone guys ,dont buy any challanges and they were good and fast but not anymore they said they gonna refund but i dont know that they gonna refund us

Whenever a prop firm closes they need to be responsible and refund people who paid for their challenges or have pending payouts. Rather, they just close and not even have the courtesy to let the traders know about their payout or refund if they recently bought a challenge.

These owners are scum bags believing they are above the law and can do whatever they want. You are not! you can probably cheat traders but you cant cheat your last day.

Refund the people since your company ceased operations.

I have a account with SFT after passing phase 1 for second phase they sent the credentials i was about to pass and then they said we are migrating to new servince which was a month ago and since they they have been just keep on saying few more days, and today the company has shut down, scammers they should refund the money of people, i joined because of Riz, Umar and Paladin which turned out that people like these also did not do their home work right before joining with a company, they had great repo and they destroyed it by being involved in a scam....

Honestly - prop firm industry needs regulation. The same way if you deposit money into a bank and if the bank fails,then theres oversight, goverment, and laws for people to get there money back.

I've been trying to get funded for months, and for the first time I managed to get funded just as SFT was closing down and stealing my money. All thieves.

Now they are just closed SFT ? If closed are they refunding our challenge purchases fees, ? Why the profirm are do all this kind of negetive things to people ?

Rug pull. They shut down the company and ran with everyone's money. I will report them to the authorities.

Finally today Somebody contacted me to help. I had to let binance which offered a very good customer service to help me get my Money back. I Wonder If they will finally give me my Money back. I doubt it thou. I will Update

What a scam I hope the CEO gets his karma back and justice should be done for everyone that invested money in this fake prop firms just to get an e mail with no explanation that they are cancelling all operations they really did everyone dirty hope CEO burns in hell for scamming many people.

My account was breached when my SL didn’t get triggered because there Dxtrade app was bugging I have it on video as well it’s been over a month and no response from support they are just stalling costumers. Stay away from these guys!!!!

Unresolved issues by the company, intentionally stalling the community leaving the traders hanging out to dry. Simple issues from sending trader's agreement to credentials of account which can easily be resolved in minutes but to no avail.

1. False promises by the company and support team (regarding migration date of Dxtrade to CTrader)
2. Payout denial & delays
3. Existing traders account locked and are not able to trade for the past 3-4 weeks
4. Submitted more than 10 tickets but constantly receive generic replies without any solution

NO INTEGRITY & TRANSPARENCY

I strongly advise staying away from this completely fraudulent company. For a month now, they haven't been able to transfer accounts to another platform, constantly giving different dates and making excuses. Among the firms I've used, they are the worst; there's no communication, and on Discord, they always postpone things, give deadlines, then come up with excuses and defraud traders. I've reported all of them—Paladin, Omaragag, Rız, Iqbal—as scammers, and I'll do everything in my power to open an investigation.

It’s almost the end of March and the account is not yet migrated. At this point,I just lost hope on this firm.
There are payout delays.
Breached accounts cause of DX trades and no compensation is being made.
Customer service is very slow and bad.
No one is helping but they tell you to exercise your patience,that’s what they’ve been saying for the whole month.

Co founders on the other hand are living their lives and it looks like everything is great.

This is my third review.

Again,look at their discord and see what I am telling you. Every trader inside the firm is not happy at all.

Don’t believe me? Great. Just don’t regret it when you buy an account with them and realise it’s too late to turn back.
