Butlers brought the skis directly to my room, late at night when I arrived. They picked them up from my ski locker, and I did not have to schlep the skis, boots, poles, helmets anywhere when I finished skiing.

Thankful
When the skis and boots were delivered the person was very professional and courteous. He said if the skis gave you any issues just call and we can remedy it. Unfortunately I was out in Utah when it was decided to close all ski resorts. When I called into Ski Butlers the person was very understanding and instructed me how to return my skis and that a credit was forthcoming.

Friendly and convenient service
Friendly and convenient service! Arrived on time and was able to leave our rental equipment outside our condo door for pickup. Highly recommend their service and would rent from Ski Butlers again!

Second-to-none service!!
Using Ski Butlers was a huge bonus to our stay at Grand Timber Lodge! They came right to our room the morning of our first ski day, fitted us, gave us a card in case we needed to change anything, and then picked up our skis from the front desk on our last day. This alone would have been worthy of 5 stars, but they far exceeded my expectations after a few runs on our first day. My boots were too tight and my feet were in a ton of pain. A girl from their team came to the bottom of the mountain we were skiing, and brought a new pair of boots and all the tool she needed to fit me in the new pair. I didn't have to get in the car or call the shuttle and miss out on maximizing my day on the slopes. This company is amazing, and their service is bar none!

The service was above and beyond. Kathleen was very professional, and helped our entire family get fitted for our time on the mountain. It was easy, convenient, and perfect! We will definitely use Ski Butlers when we return!
