Rude management
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with both your company's practices and the behavior of the manager I interacted with during my recent call.
I have been a customer of your company for u and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Today, I called to address an ongoing concern regarding hidden extra charges that were not disclosed in the advertisements or initial pricing information. Specifically, I have noticed that each time I engage with your company, there are additional charges for items and services that were not clearly outlined upfront.
When I raised this issue with the manager, who identified himself as such, I was met with unprofessional conduct. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the manager became hostile, shouting and raising his voice. Furthermore, in an attempt to deflect from the issue at hand, he incorrectly provided information regarding the number of classes my daughter attended. He claimed she attended four classes, while she had only attended three. This is just one example of how the situation was mishandled.
The prices for the skates are significantly higher than comparable items in local stores. This practice feels exploitative and, in my opinion, unfair to customers.
