If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

Very disappointing experience. My order was returned to the sender after “three delivery attempts,” but I was never notified or contacted which is NOT THE ISSUE of GLS but the sender (Skatepro) that stated the customer doesn’t have to be contacted upon delivery. After I told them about the situation, they sent a very cheeky response, completely unprofessional.

I clearly stated that I wanted the skates to be resent when delivered back to them, not refunded. However, after just two hours without replying to an email, I was automatically issued store credit instead.

Now I’m left with a voucher, while the skates I originally ordered are no longer available. Shameful.

online purchase was easy, and came quickly, despite being international. Didn't care for the extra tariff charge, but that is out of their control

Déçu !!!

J'ai passé une commande chez Skatepro le 17/12/25. Commande de deux pneus Éclat créature en 2.40
Commande reçu très rapidement et je dois dire qu'ils sont très réactif. Malheureusement, après la réception je m'aperçois que dans le carton,j'ai deux pneus qui ne se ressemblent pas. Un éclat créature en 2.40 donc nickel, mais l'autre est un éclat mirage en 2.35🤔 de plus les pneus n'ont même pas d'étiquette,code barre, ou autres. À nu dans le carton . Bref, une belle déception, c'est bien d'aller vite mais c'est mieux quand c'est bien fait. Une commande bâclé.... dommage. J'espère juste que Skatepro, trouveras une solution à ce problème.

They deliver with GLS avoid at all costs. If you can get what you want anywhere else do it because GLS are the worst delivery company to ever exist. From damaged good to delayed parcels with no explanation. Customer service is non existent with GLS. Sometimes you might not even get your parcel with GLS and have to collect it yourself. They say they make deliveries when they haven’t even attempted too as seen in many cctvs and ring doorbells.

Achat d’une trottinette moins d’un mois…

Achat d’une trottinette moins d’un mois après l’écrou s’enlève. Je contacte le Sav il a fallut 8 jours par mail par plusieurs échanges pour m’envoyer un lien ou je peux commander l’axe + écrou pour 3€ de matériel et 7€ de frais de port. Je fais part qu elle a moins d’un mois et que quand même je ne trouve ça pas normal la réponse de l’entreprise il faut resserrer les écrous toute les deux utilisations. Je suis déçue d’avoir dépenser 212 €

Ces composants ont tendance à être remplacés assez souvent, en particulier s'ils n'ont pas été bien serrés avant l'utilisation, car ils ont tendance à se desserrer facilement et peuvent facilement se perdre en cours de route. Comme indiqué sur le site web, il est recommandé de vérifier que tout est bien serré avant d'utiliser la trottinette. Nous avons décidé de vous envoyer ces pièces de rechange gratuitement, en signe de bonne volonté, et non à la suite d'une réclamation approuvée. SkatePro Lied About My Return Claim & Violated EU Law – Avoid at All Costs!

I’ve been fighting with SkatePro for over 14 days just to get them to acknowledge a defective hub—only to be met with delays, false promises, and outright lies. They’ve broken their own policies and ignored EU consumer law, leaving me no choice but to warn others.

1. SkatePro Lied Straight to My Face
August 5 & 7: Their customer service claimed they contacted GSport about my defective hub.

August 8: They backtracked, calling it a "misunderstanding"—admitting they never contacted GSport at all.

GSport confirmed this. Their warranty team told me SkatePro never reached out, despite their claims.

Their website says claims are resolved in "a few business days."

I sent video proof of the defect on August 1.

12 days later, they still hadn’t even approved a return.

2. My Hub Was Defective—SkatePro Did Nothing
The GSport Roloway Hub arrived with a clear manufacturing defect

GSport’s own team confirmed it was faulty after troubleshooting with me.

But SkatePro lied about contacting them and hid behind their supplier, even though EU law says the retailer MUST handle return claims—not pass the buck.

3. They Ignored My Rights & My Demand
Under EU Consumer Law, SkatePro had to resolve this quickly. Instead:

No return label.

No refund.

No response to my final demand on August 12.

4. My Warning to You
Don’t trust SkatePro with returns claims for defective items. They’ll lie and stall until you give up.

Buy from reputable shops like Source BMX or Dan’s Comp instead—they actually help customers.

DO NOT RISK IT. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

To clarify — we cannot contact GSport directly, as we did not purchase the hub from them. The correct and only procedure is for us to contact our Danish supplier, who then contacts GSport on our behalf.This is how all brand-related warranty matters are handled, and it ensures we meet both our contractual obligations and warranty responsibilities.

We initiated this process on 5th August, the same day we received your claim details. Once our supplier reviewed the email, they contacted GSport, who confirmed that they had already offered you a driver replacement directly. This is the same resolution we would have been able to provide.

Regarding warranty terms — SkatePro offers a 2-year warranty in line with EU law, which covers manufacturing defects. In this case, both our process and the outcome offered by GSport fell within those terms. We have been available via email throughout and provided the same solution the brand proposed - just today when everything was officially settled.

We understand you are dissatisfied with the solution, and we are sorry for the hassle it created. This does not change the fact that your claim was handled according to protocol, within warranty terms stated on our website.

We are people too, and we genuinely do our best to help our customers while also following the required protocols that ensure all claims are handled fairly and correctly.

Great experience

Ordered Atomic Savor Visor Stereo Ski Helmet so I can use with prescription glasses. I'm in the US, near Boston. Order date Jan 8 evening. Received confirmation expected delivery Jan 13-15. Received helmet Jan 12! It is perfect. Fits great over my glasses out of the box. As far as Skatepro goes, I don't think it could be better. Fantastic price on hard to find helmet, and faster shipping I think than if order was shipped out of NY. I'll shop there again 100%

We ordered a scooter for my brother as a Christmas gift, we read more about scooters and realized they’re not the best sport so we returned it using the same untouched packaging and their shipping method for which you have to pay for. The package took 3 weeks to arrive and they deducted 25% from our order due to “signs of usage” on an unused and unopened product. We have yet to recieve a refund too. They also take forever to reply. Then finally when they replied, they took no responsibility and blamed us for damages and sending a couple of scratches that could be rubbed off with rubbing alcohol which again, where not our fault :(. We're sorry for the long handling time on E-mail Corresponces.

Sadly the reply time on e-mails is a bit longer than usual at this time of the year, due to all the christmas orders and returns.

In case of urgency, one can always faster get ahold of us within opening hours on the Live-Chat or by calling us on our Phone.

We believe a mistake was made in the handling of the return, and we evaluated damages on the returned product to be that of use.

Upon further evaluation, we could conclude these are with likelihood damages from the return process, as this would not be how we shipped the product or expect it to be returned.

I can see we have updated you on our e-mail correspondence, and solved the case with a full reimbursement for the order.

Sorry for the issues around the return.

My package got lost on the way and never got delivered and skatepro took no responsibility whatsoever instead throwing the blame to the mail company. They even told me they would call me or email me with details but never did so. Never order anything from them.

Our usual go-to for lost items would be to offer a few solutions, depending on the case and options.

I apologize if it came across, as if we blamed the carrier and didn't take responsibility. We work quite close with our carriers and don't usually care to pass on blame without taking accountability for it.

As you have not shared further details, I am, unfortunately, not able to comment on or offer you any solution, as I can't find your order in our system.

très bon achat d'une trotinette. malheureusement, SAV nul. incapable de me donner un axe correspondante à la trotinette, achetée chez eux un mois au paravant. 12 échange de méls. 2 échanges téléphoniques. ils me conseillent un axe, que j'achète, qui finalement ne fonctionne pas sur la mienne. refus de remboursement. refus de retour : " c'est vous qui avez acheté" (oui, certes, mais sur votre conseil, de votre matos)
j'ai fini par aller chercher sur une autre trotinette ( D4 ) pour vérifier que l'axe correspond puis refaire la commande la bas.

J ai commander un bmx pour l anniversaire de mon fils . Commande passez le 17 , livraison prévu le 23 . Nous sommes le 30 jour des 11 ans de mon fils , je n ai pas de cadeau à lui offrir.
