Was drawn in by an advert on social media. Yes, I’m all about supporting local businesses but this was shocking. I ordered their Skandy Mix which encompasses both candy and chocolate. What I got was a handful of nothing for £20. The pick and mix from the cinema (which is excessively over priced) would have been 3 times cheaper. Great service but worth the price, definitely not

Sweet are very good and a treat as vegan too. A little more expensive than other places but good sweet quality. I’ve been back for more. They have multi discounts but wished they offered more for loyalty - I would definitely buy more otherwise!

I seriously have to ration myself with these! They aren't too sweet which is perfect for me, and they are absolutely delicious! Love the sealing tabs on the bags, as if I use them :).. Actually I do but usually only once and only reopening the once ....

Amazing service and customer service. I ordered a bag of Skandy mix. An empty box was delivered. After discussing with Skandy it came to light that I had been sent the item but someone at Royal Mail stole my item out of the box and deliver me an empty box. To say I’m disgusted with Royal Mail is an understatement. I contacted Skandy and they kindly sent me a replacement free of charge and emailed me checking in that I received the item. Amazing company would highly recommend and great quality great tasting confectionary.

Products delicious but customer service seems non existent. My emails go unanswered. Still waiting for information about my third order which I assume is delayed but nobody has replied with any info.

Well these are simply elite! Safe to say I am now hooked on Skandy. Just a different league to the UKs pick n mix!

I honestly can’t rate Skandy highly enough!
It started with teeny enquiry which they explained isn't their norm or something they provided but found a way to support my request!! Wow!!
I placed the order and there was a small hiccup with the additional packaging being sent out before a gift box could be added – but WOW, the way this was handled was next level.
Before I even had a chance to worry, the team had already jumped on it, arranged for a premium gift box with ribbon, and sent it out on next day delivery at their own cost to make sure everything arrived perfectly in time.
The communication was so friendly, personal and genuinely caring – you can tell they truly value their customers. It didn’t feel like a “customer service script” at all, it felt like chatting with someone who really wanted to make things right.
This is exactly how customer service should be done – proactive, thoughtful and going the extra mile without hesitation.
I’ll 100% be ordering again and shouting about Skandy on my socials because this kind of service deserves to be celebrated 👏✨
