Store Manager Alex was very welcoming and helpful. We love Alex🫶

Went to return an online order. Guy on the door was super smiley and friendly - guy on the till however... You'd think I'd brought in a dead cat. It was just a t-shirt that was too big. Two different people in the same store but one left me feeling a little deflated. Thankfully the smiley guy also gave a friendly goodbye.

Contrast with going to M&S around the corner and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly!

I have bought two shoes online and chose to pickup them from store after collection i took them home and managed to try them two days afterwards.

After trying them i felt i needed the bigger size, so i went to the branch and had my worst retail encounters ever,

A manager who is incompetent enough to call her customers mate, she stated that one of the two shoes have been used because the sole was a bit stained more funnily the other shoes that she brought for to be replaced had the same exact bottom condition, I tried very respectfully to state that her logic doesn’t make sense because she literally refused to swap a shoes with the same condition. i have tried multiple times to explain that i didn’t use but only tried them one, it felt like speaking to a wall so I left with thoughts in mind that I will try to resolve it through customer service.

Because It was a sunday i didn’t manage to reach any one, so I went back to the store, first thing she gave me the most unpleasant look “not you again” with the first sentence “mate im not gonna return them for you” again the “mate” used, when in our first encounter told her not to refer me as a Mate, and to be more professional as a manager, I went on asking not to be called mate from staff member who i don’t know,

I tried to claim my point that I didn’t use them and it the case that i have received them like that and stated that i have all the right if the item was faulty that i can return them within 5 days, as stated in the receipt,

she went on saying the most rude stuff as “you are wasting your time”, “we close in 5 minutes if you don’t leave i will have to call security”, with she being rude instead of solving, another staff member decided to jump in to the conversation stating that it’s the store policy to refuse a return,

and another member decided to jump because i told the manager that she is a doing a miserable job; stating that there is no need to be rude?

what’s is rude in a customer giving a customer feedback to a manager?

Honestly in a shock of how she ended up as a manager and definitely the last time buying anything from the brand.

Also she was laughing while I am speaking to other staff members neglecting the issue im facing is a very concerning behavior from a manager.

The incident happened in Liverpool one branch and I didn’t mention the manager name for her own privacy as a sign of respect after being disrespected by her and her staff members.

Staff member Ronan was an exceptional help. Friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole shopping experience an absolute delight. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have bought the shoes that I love so much!! Thanks Ronan. Super star

Really quick and attentive service. Very knowledgeable about the different lines and able to offer advice to help me pick the right shoe. Able to return online orders and then try on some new sizes of the same shoes very quickly. All of the shoes were also well priced in the sale. Would definitely shop again.

Great quality and fit..

I used to shop in Size when the shop was in Bold Street but yesterday was the first time I’ve shopped in the Liverpool One store. I was after a pair of trainers and the store had a good selection.
I was served by Alex who was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped make my visit an enjoyable experience and I will definitely shop there again.

Emma was really helpful, she helped me out before I had even asked for any help and didn’t make me feel forced to trying anything on or buying anything, she was really friendly and got me in and out of the shop nice and quickly and was the only member of staff who spoke to me whilst I was there, despite 2 people being stood at the door… I Shop here quite a lot and have bought a lot from size in Liverpool, a lot of the staff are great here and are more than happy to help, I don’t have a bad thing to say about any of them in particular… Although, I feel some are judgmental though when you go into store, like your not going to buy anything. Which I can understand as it must be a rubbish day when you get customers like that who mess you about trying every shoe on in the shop and don’t buy anything, but it is abit rubbish when you are a customer like me who will always leave with something… Emma was 100% the best service I have had here so far, no complaints about her at all, and I will make sure I look out for her next time I want some new gear 👌

Superb size went the extra mile even on a return they were brilliant

Been in this outlet a few times when visiting Liverpool good quality products friendly helpful staff was served by Alex a bright and enthusiastic chap.

Eve and Charlotte were great, very friendly and helped me choose the right shoe for me. :)
