Please contact us on 0161 393 7055 Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 19:00, or Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00, where our agents will be more than happy to help you with this. Alternatively, you can contact us via our online webform at https://www.jdsports.co.uk/customer-service/contact/.
Once we've located your order, we'll be able to confirm its status and arrange a refund if the shoes haven't arrived at your chosen store.

He really went above and beyond to help us, and the whole shopping experience was effortless. I can’t recommend Alex enough! Friendly staff, good range
Staff member was really helpful. Jack? Helped me with trying on Salomon XT6, didn't have the colour I wanted in store so he helped me order the ones I wanted and with a good discount. Process was fast and customer service was top notch.
