The clothes are so cute and I was excited about the designs but the dye in them leaks ! I washed the clothes per instructions and it still happened and it ruined the skirt I bought. Disappointing considering the price 😭.

The clothes are adorable and very well made. I appreciate the different fabrics, textures and designs. Everything is crafted carefully and you can really tell when wearing the pieces. The customer service is also incredible. I had received the wrong size of the twinkle shorts and only noticed about a month after the parcel technically arrived as I didn’t get to open it sooner. I contacted Sixth Dimension‘s customer support and they responded within a day, offering me to send me the size i had originally ordered, free of charge and with no need to return the others. It is really rare to find such a communicative and kind hearted business nowadays and I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this brand to anyone as they have a lot of various and you can tell that the people behind it really love what they do. I will continue to buy from them and they might’ve just become my favorite brand!

The clothes were lovely and my daughter was super excited to receive them because their designs are one of a kind. There was a shipping issue with part of the order, but they promptly resolved the issue and were more than accommodating with an approved return I had to make because of the sizing. Truly exceptional and professional customer service.

The jeans we ordered were even cuter than the pictures and we love them! We had a little keffuckle with the size that was sent being different from the one we ordered but the customer service was very positively responsive. We will be visiting this site again.

I'm conflicted and disappointed by the quality. One of the items, the heart built-in shorts skirt, is nice quality; the fabric feels thick, and it seems well-made.

The other piece, the mice circus top, is seriously worse than some items I've seen from Shein. It's scratchy, has loose threads, wrinkles easily, and the stitch quality is poor.

I'm surprised because for a top that costs nearly $60, and a company that claims to make high-quality clothing with ethically sourced fabric and production practices, it is worse than something I'd expect to find in fast fashion stores.

Unfortunately, the top looks super cute and fits like a dream, but the skirt is too big for my waist and squeezes my butt, even at an xs. It doesn't flatter my figure, though to be fair, I'm quite curvy and their clothes are all modeled on non-curvy people, so that's my bad.

Though their model apparently has hips 12 inches bigger than her waist, which are also my measurements, but it fits me much differently, which makes me wonder if their model measurements are accurate at all.

Everything just seems kind of fishy to me, so I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again, which is really unfortunate since the clothing is so cute. If their quality improves, I'll definitely consider.

I made a mistake in my Christmas order and their customer service was able to resolve the issue overnight. Would shop again.

Sixth Dimension clothing line is exceptional! The quality of the fabric is awesome. The design is so intricate, unique and detailed. Each item is carefully packed. My daughter opened each item with so much excitement and delight. Customer service is soooo personalized. I emailed for some shipping questions and got immediate and personalized responses from the store. In this day and age when online purchases could be risky, it’s great to encounter Sixth Dimension’s legit and personalized business approach! This is the first of many purchases for sure. More power to Sixth Dimension! By the way, the freebie stickers was a total plus.⋆˚꩜｡

I purchased a skirt from sixth dimension and had to email 5 times over the span of a week and a bit before I got a response, which was passive aggressive and unhelpful. The response was so late that I couldn’t even return the item - the window had passed. The skirt itself felt cheap and the zip was stiff.

Edit: in my emails I specified that the skirt was damaged (zip not fully functional) and this is why I said the response was unhelpful. I got a refund in the end.

Bought from Sixth Dimension twice already and i’m super satisfied with their clothes and customer service. i think the stickers are a cute touch and the fabric of the clothing is durable and good quality. Will be buying again soon !

Exceptional service and product! I ordered a purse for my daughter and it arrived very early. I'm super impressed by the packaging which was an artistic box and the item was in tissue paper. Absolutely love the purse!! Very responsive and personal communication from customer service. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered a mesh tshirt and the dizzy shirt - i was very happy with the first but the second was very dissapointing. the fabric of the dizzy shirt feels very cheap and uncomfortable, definitely not something to be expected at this price point. the mesh tshirt on the other hand was everything i expected, i also got very good communications through instagram when i asked for extra sizing. i ordered while on sale, so sadly i cant return the dizzy shirt, cause i would otherwise! i must say though, i really love their designs and how unique the clothes are and my order was also packaged very well. just a bit dissapointed by the shirt.
