This company is a SCAM! I ordered Air Max's about 5 weeks ago. Two weeks went by and I reached out to the company because the tracking status had not changed. When they finally reached back out to me they apologized and said we're sorry for the inconvenience we are out of your size in the warehouse and we already issued you a refund. I thought that was strange but I went ahead and found a different site to order from. I reached back out to six foot oak regarding my refund I could not see in my bank, they promised it was there and sent me an email- it had another customers name on it and a different price. I let them know and then they came back with "sorry it's too late to cancel your order, you only have a 4 day window" I tried calling the customer service number and what do you know it's not in service. They will not reach back out to me. I'm stuck with 2 of the exact same pairs of shoes after they lied to me time and time again. I didn't have the money to spend on 2 pairs of the exact same shoe. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I emailed all conversations, dates, time and order numbers right to them with screenshots and what do you know... NO REPLY BACK! Not to mention I can't even wear these so called Air Max 90's because when they finally came in they were way smaller than my other Nike air Max's...not authentic! I'm not sure how this company is still in business, makes me sick how they lie, scam and steal!!!!!!

Purchased a pair of air force 1's on the 27th of December and still no Delivery. Every time i get in contact with six oak to ask about my purchase Its always the same thing. Ai GENERATED. After all the communication they said they will give me a full refund between 5-7 business days. What's strange is they told me to keep the shoes, so no return label would be needed. So let see if i do get the full refund. Sounds like I made a bad choice buying from Sixoak.com. Stay away these people will steal your money. TOTAL SCAM.

I order shoes for my son back in November of 2025 and still haven’t received my package. When I tried to contact them the number wasn’t letting it go through and the email would just send AI responses. Then they said they would personally send it out to me fed ex priority shipping but when I asked to get the tracking number they kept telling me they would get the tracking number to me as soon as they got it mind you this was a week after Christmas and I still haven’t received the tracking number. So I did wind up disputing the transaction through my bank and I’m waiting on an answer from my bank. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK IF I GET MY MONEY BACK. ITS A SCAM PLEASE DONT ORDER THROUGH THEM!!

SCAM

SCAM! I bought Air Jordans, Six Foot Oak immediately cancelled my order, so I went and got the shoes at a different store. 2 weeks later they re-authorized my order without my permission, then the shoes took one month to arrive. And when I asked to return the shoes, they said it was against their policy. READ THE FINE PRINT. They do NOT accept returns! Worst customer service experience ever!

UPDATE - We went to a store that buys and sells Air Jordan’s to try and sell these shoes and they indicated these are COUNTERFEIT! You’ve been warned.

Scam company!!

I was looking for discounted running shoes and found a pair of Nikes on Sixfootoak for about $100 less than I could find them anywhere else. In my excitement I ordered them and then immediately re-thought my decision. The deal was too good to be true, so I looked into Sixfootoak. I found hundreds of reviews claiming they either did not receive any product or received a knock-off product of what they had actually purchased. I immediately contacted sixfootoak, within 10 minutes of my purchase, to cancel the order and refund my money. They responded that they cancelled my order and the money should be refunded in a few business days. That was in September 2025. It is now January 2026 and I still haven't been able to get a refund despite contacting them multiple times. I also never received any product whatsoever.

This is a scam company!!

EDIT: To Sixfootoak's generic response, your inability to process a cancellation mere minutes after a purchase has been made simply goes to show the ineptitude of your service as a business. I should not have to dispute a charge with my credit card company in order to be given a refund.

Potential customers, Sixfootoak claims in the response, "we cannot verify third-party statements... We categorically reject the allegation that we operate as a scam company." I STRONGLY suggest you take into account the many online reviews of this business, and I hope you come to the conclusion I did, that these reviews are credible and this company is either incompetent or scamming you. Either way, avoid them!!

Ordered basketball shoes for our son…

Ordered basketball shoes for our son and tracked the whole time before/after Christmas. The package was filtered through several 3rd party carriers and when it reached USPS we received a message that it had counterfeit postage and now we cannot get our sons shoes. I ordered on Nov. 29th, 2025 and the shoes never arrived for Christmas
And still haven’t arrived. They went from Jamaica, NY to Seattle, WA then to different places around WA. Then text updates say they are in Massachusetts but the emails say Seattle, WA. This is obviously a SCAM and I still haven’t even gotten the shoes. Stay away!!

Automated text notifications and email updates may pull data from different carrier systems, which can result in conflicting location scans while the package is still in transit. This is a known carrier-side issue and does not mean the shipment was not sent or that it has been lost.

Your order was processed and entered into the delivery network. Extended transit times and routing changes unfortunately can occur, particularly during peak holiday periods when postal system experience significant backlogs nationwide.

We respectfully reject the claim that this is a scam. We are an active online retailer and work with recognized shipping and payment providers. If you have not yet received your order, we encourage you to provide your order number so we can review the latest carrier status and advise on the appropriate next steps, including a formal carrier inquiry or guidance through your payment provider if necessary.

Lied about shipping carrier and…

Lied about shipping carrier and delivery time. Used a third party shipper and then USPs and the slowest possible delivery service. Still waiting on this item and I ordered it 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately it was a Christmas gift.Also, there was no international shipping involved. I live in US. You’re based in US. If you anticipate USPS slowdown, ship fed ex as promised and be honest in your shipping guarantees. Wish I read reviews before I trusted this site with a Christmas gift for a kid.

For international shipments, packages are first handled by a third-party logistics partner and then transferred to USPS for final delivery in the US. This is a standard shipping method and allows delivery to residential addressed nationwide. Unfortunately, during the holiday season, USPS and partner carriers experienced significant backlogs, which led to slower-than-expected transit times beyond our control.

Your order is still in transit, and the tracking number provided remains valid. We continue to monitor the shipment and can reach out to the carrier on your behalf if you'd like a detailed status update.

We truly regret that the delivery timing did not meet your expectations and appreciate your patience. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed, and we'll do our best to assist within our shop policies.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I orders a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift on Dec 4th and they never arrived. I have been sent a bogus tracking number and their customer support information does not exist. This company is a total scam. Do not buy from them.

The tracking number you received was issued by the carrier once the package left our warehouse. However, during peak holiday season, carriers can experience delays or gaps in tracking updates, which can understandably cause concern.

That said, we take your situation seriously. Please allow us the opportunity to look into this properly and assist you. This website is FRAUDULENT

This website is FRAUDULENT. Stay far away as they sell COUNTERFEIT SHOES!!! They sent me Counterfeit Air Jordans that were clearly FAKES! They then refused to give me a full refund as stated in their return policy and offered 60% refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Regarding the refund: the option of a partial refund (60%) was offered in line with our resolution policy for cases where a full return is not completed or when alternative solutions are proposed to resolve the issue more quickly. This was not meant to dismiss your concern, but rather to offer an immediate path toward. That said, we recognize that this outcome was not acceptable to you.

If you believe the item you received is not authentic, we are still willing to review any supporting documentation or verification you may have (for example, an authentication report or clear photos of specific details). We are also prepared to fully cooperate with your payment provider should you choose to proceed through a formal dispute, so the matter can be reviewed independently and fairly.

Our intention has never been to mislead or take advantage of you, and we regret that your experience led you to feel this way. We remain open to resolving this through the appropriate channel and encourage you to let us know how you would like to proceed.
