I must express my profound disappointment with the subpar quality of the product I received. I had anticipated a more refined silver bracelet, but what I received fell far short of my expectations. When I decided to exercise my right to return the product, as advertised under their "We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee," I was met with an unexpected hurdle. The company informed me that I would be responsible for shipping the product back to China at my own expense. Given that I reside in California, the cost of shipping surpassed the value of the products I had initially purchased.

I promptly conveyed this concern to the company, explaining how the shipping costs outweighed the product's value in my situation. I respectfully proposed the possibility of returning the item to their shipping location, also within California, but regrettably, my request was deemed unacceptable.

It is disheartening to discover that the company's claim of "We always do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy" does not hold true for this particular customer. My overall experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

I bought bracelets for my two grandsons, and they really liked them. Now I've placed another order.

The shipping speed was incredibly fast; it only took 6 business days from placing the order to receiving the item. Highly recommended.

I purchased two bracelets from them and when I received them I tried one on then the clasp stick and couldn’t get it off for a while. Then I realized that these where not 925 silver as stated and where also too big and chunky for me. I contacted to return which cost me 17.90 to China. The offered a refund of shipping which was promptly returned as promised but they refused to acknowledge they received the returned items even though USPS showed they did and they will not refund the remainder of the cost which is only about $20 but it’s the principle of the matter.

I received the turquoise ring and I love it! It's big and beautiful, great quality, and reasonably priced. The only thing is I wish there was more turquoise on top; that would make it even better. Just a small suggestion.

The items are only PLATED. They are NOT made of real solid sterling silver 925.
Bought bracelets of the chain type, and not so long after, right where the links connect and there’s friction from movement, it peeled and it show some sort of copper color.
Do not waste your money like I did.

The bracelet is too small, my fault should’ve measured properly but now I want to return they’ll only give me a Chinese address despite the return address on the package being a UK address. I dread to think how much the return to china is so now I’m stuck with a bracelet that’s too small 😡

Within a week I had received my 2 bracelets which came in a beautiful gift box which makes it that bit more special. The bracelets are well made and sturdy which makes them more desirable to wear everyday. Definitely recommend. Good value for money. I will be ordering from them again.

These items have given me a huge rash and allergic reaction, which only happens if I wear gold/silver PLATED items. They clearly state it is sterling silver 925, and the hallmark is fake.

My bracelet was a gift from my son.. I chose it and it is really pretty. I love it. I was pleased that I could order the exact length/size as I usually end up with bracelets halfway down my hand. This is perfect. Also they reply to all queries and are very helpful. The bracelet is made with a lobster clasp too so unlikely to fall off and get lost.Top marks. Will use again !
