Sisu Richmond was a professional and reassuring experience from the moment I stepped through the door.

The manager, Manisha and her colleague, Saarah, made me feel welcome immediately. The communication between clinic and client is excellent. The clinic is spotlessly clean and well organised.

My doctor, Dr Sonia, is fantastic! I am a registered nurse working in an NHS acute surgical setting. I did my research thoroughly before choosing Sisu. I need to know that the person injecting my face has expert knowledge of the intricate anatomy and physiology of the face. Dr Sonia has previously worked in the NHS at a senior level in burns and plastics. She is skilled and has such an amazing 'beside manner'...I could not be happier with my results so far and I would absolutely recommend Sisu, Richmond to anyone looking for first rate aesthetic treatments.

It was my 2nd time at Sisu today. I was warmly welcomed at reception by Markela and Noor despite being a little early. Dr Talya was so lovely and honest. It was really refreshing to hear her tell me the truth about what would and wouldn't work instead of me paying for something I would be disappointed with and the clinic taking the money regardless. I ended up with an entirely different treatment to what I intended and I am so pleased I did. She was honest about the pain levels, explained everything that was happening and was really gentle and careful. I've always said places like this should have responsible practitioners that know when something would be too much and wouldn't work, and Dr Talya did exactly that today.

I came into the Mayfair clinic yesterday. I was greeted by Sydney who is always so kind and welcoming. Such a pleasure to see her everytime. I had filler treatment with talya who is honestly just amazing she is the best I cannot recommend her more. So happy with my treatment. Such great service I will be returning for more. Thanks guys

First time using the Belfast clinic with Dr Edel for Botox and I can confidently say I will be a regular. I was made to feel very comfortable and the treatment was explained thoroughly and professionally. Super happy with my lip filler. Dr Pedram has such an attention to detail, that my lips look great, lovely shape and really natural. On reception Sarah is always so friendly and helpful, even with multiple emails to get an appointment sorted.

Dr. Sonia is wonderful-- very knowledgeable and helpful about various aspects of skin care. I had a profilo treatment with her, and she has a lovely, gentle technique. Best of all, I had great results. Noor, also, was very helpful with my appointments and advising on products.

Not been previously satisfied with the results of the Botox I’ve had at Sisu. However I was booked in with Laila for a Botox review, I explained my concerns of dissatisfaction. She understood and repeated the process, placing each injection exactly where required using the right dosage, to achieve good results. I will be returning to Laila for future appointments.

Have had treatments in multiple places and by far Sisu is the best. Dr Pedram is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
