Been waiting for garden decoration since July. No response from customer service and tracking number shows as being in UK since July. Have now reported to PayPal, now noticed that they also overcharged by £4! Avoid at all costs!

Item arrived box battered and ripped parts broken .email sent no reply

Would give no stars if possible. Have been waiting 2 months for delivery of goods. Numerous e mails sent and keep getting told the parcel is on its way. Blaming the courier. No update on progress for five weeks. They keep asking me to wait a few more days. Have refused to give me a refund. I am about to contact my bank for a refund and they can deal with them.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Warning .. do not spend your well earned money on these products, I’ve just received my order and firstly most of the very small flowers had fallen off but the quality is horrendous !! What a major con !! Very very disappointed customer / never again !!!!

After many emails, promises that my 7 piece paint roller set was on its way. Blaming the courier not updating their website. I got in touch with my bank. They refunded my money and started a fraud enquiry. Yesterday I received an email from my bank telling me Singularm had refunded my money, so the bank will be taking back the money they had refunded. Keep hounding them if you have had the same experience. Go through your bank and let the legal fraud people get involved. Having to do this is so frustrating and I hate it. But, I got my money back eventually.

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. If I could give it no stars then I would! I purchased a paint roller from them for £26.99 to paint a conservatory ceiling. The inside of the paint roller should have contained the paint so that I didn’t have to keep going back to a paint tray to reload the roller. The roller cap that should have held the paint in just kept falling off and paint would spill all over me and the floor to the extent that I couldn’t use the product and was wasting large amounts of paint. When I contacted the company and sent in a video as requested to show that the item was faulty the best compensation they would offer was £6. Despite many emails they will not compensate me for the full cost of the item.
On their website next to the product they say if you’re not satisfied then don’t worry, we will offer you our ‘best help’. Turns out that their best is a paltry £6. If they are selling this product in the UK then my consumer rights are that if the product is faulty I am entitled to a full refund.

AVOID this company at all costs. They need to be shut down. I ordered the paint roller set in good faith, it arrived damaged with items missing and the quality is so poor it would not be even possible to paint a wall using it - the pole doesn't even fit together properly. Customer service was an absolute joke - going round in circles offering me a £2 refund on a £26.99 faulty product. I've reported them and the consumer watchdog are investigating this business so hopefully they will no longer be able to trade in the UK soon.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. BOUGHT TO PAINT ROLLERS THAT FELL APART JUST WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE BEFOREHAND. I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE THIS COMPANY TO TASK. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

They can be honest and fulfil their responsibility to their clients. As with everyone else l got sucked in to purchase 2 sets of paint rollers. I followed the journey of my purchase to find it somehow ended up in Ireland not Wales. When reporting to them their error they told me l needed to pay them more money to have a replacement. I asked for my money back and so far they have refused.

If I could rate this scamming company a minus I would.
They sent package through a courier company and that company didn't delivery it. This company are saying it was sent back to the post office which is utter bull as the courier company which are well known for losing parcels do not send stuff back through the post office.
The company will only offer a refund of less than half of what I paid. Utter disgrace ripping people off. DONT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

Ordered Paint Brush Set, When i Used Corner Pad Within Minutes The Foam Came Away From Plastic Handle, The Flocked Edger Had a Split Where The Handle is Inserted Which i Didn't Notice, When i Filled it With Paint it Broke Away From Rest of Roller and Paint Went Everywhere. Contacted Customer Service Who Weren't Interested Even After i Sent Photo's Showing The Faulty Items. BE WARNED - This Company Will Take Your Money, Nothing More Than Robbing Cowboys.

Wish I had used my head and not ordered. after being overcharged i came across these rubbish reviews 😞 and warnings. I doubt I'll get refund or product. Bank can't stop payment yet as not actually left my account. So, helpless as of now.

Angry at this scam! Purchased a paint roller which did not arrive. Tracking states delivered but my item has not arrived. Anyone know how to get in touch with this company?

Rubbish knock off site don't waste your money. My 1 star review was deleted within minutes. Only 5 star reviews on there now 🤔

I was also overcharged (on Paypal), a 'tax' amount that wasn't mentioned on the original transaction. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. They refunded the overpayment stating it was a system error but would not cancel the order as they stated it had been dispatched immediately on receipt of the transaction. The product has still not been dispatched according to their tracking system.

A scam.
I ordered a laser putting aid in early January, they overcharged me above the quoted price and I queried it, they did refund the overcharge.
My order still hasn’t arrived, despite several emails telling me that the status was in transit.
I emailed a few times to ask what was happening and was eventually sent a new link to check the status of my delivery, it seems that it left China in January, went to UK, through Customs and it was on its way to me…..then strangely it appears to be back in China! I don’t expect to receive anything.

I ordered a curler from this website and I got a cheap curler that did not even curl your hair properly

After 2 months I didn't receive my item and customer services is inadequate..they didn't update my delivery status for a month then said it was due to incomplete delivery address that they didn't deliver it..during correspondence with customer services at no point did they say there was an issue with my address..now they are saying they have returned the item back to the sender and I will have to re order and pay the delivery costs again..I want a full refund! Avoid ordering anything from this company..worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! Not happy!!
