These guys went above and beyond and went out of their way when I ordered a pack of 10 and didn't realize it needed two weeks before it shipped. They shipped it in a week for me and rushed it because I was leaving out of the country. I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise!!! All wanna go get the of my friends, and I thank you very much for helping us be able to heal quickly all around the world😍

False shipping labels 1 week before it's actually shipped.
Just very slow to shipp from California not enough employees just to many excuses. We'll in my business when I print a shipping label i ship it the same day not a week later not my fault you have 1 shipper not a very good excuse sorry..

Customer ordered from us a few times before, & with 0 issues. This time he started sending aggressive messages only a couple days after ordering. Shipping agent was dealing with some serious personal issues, he had 0 empathy but regardless of that his order was shipped out in less than a week, which is considered very fast in this industry. And BTW, don't know what the h*ll a "false label" is but the tracking info provided was exactly what was used. Shipper processed the order immediately, then she was able to ship it out in less than a week. No one else has a problem with this. Don't recommend you do business with this person.

Great communication & shipping!
I found Singular Biotech through some ads on Facebook. I did some further research online and saw one negative review on Reddit, but also saw the owner was very active in subreddits which I took to be a good sign. I decided to order and received my package on ice days earlier than expected. As far as I can tell the quality is good and what I ordered is working as expected. I'll 100% order again in the future.
