simply swim Omdömen

Love the costume, good quality except for the puckering on the neckline. Otherwise good

Overall great experience in ordering and getting the product. Minor improvement with ordering by making it very clear that if not a lens replacement but a new full solution, you need to order two units and that they are from the same lens catalog as can be used on either side. This is mentioned but had to be searched for. Other minor item is better instructions on the headband strap. Comes with loads of different ways to configure and actual one was the one it came as which was on a separate area. Delivery, not really supplier issue, would have been quick but Postie took 3 extra days to get to my house due to road works and last attempt they walked from vehicle. Good value and also easy to assemble.

Speedy delivery and very helpful when Inthought I might have to return the product. Which I did not in the end.

My new swim backpack is even better than I was expecting. It’s like Hermione’s bag in the Harry Potter films- holds tons!

From start to finish the service was fantastic. The product is fantastic and love the bag
I was recommended to the site and products , will definately use again

Good products. Terrible refund policy. When I returned one item, I paid the postage for this which I was happy to do. However, the cost of the original 'free' delivery was then deducted from the amount refunded. For a £12 item, I only received £4 back! Make sure you check the FAQ before ordering.

Great quality swim cap, so far waterproof.

Very easy to access the website and be easy to find what product I was looking in categories section and resnable priced and quickly posted

Easy to order, delivery was quick and efficient. I love my new swimming costume

My order was despatched promptly & arrived within a day or so in good condition.

Good value swim goggles.

They have zero stock and charge for returns.

Why sell gift vouchers if you have next to zero stuff to sell?

Avoid this shop and company.

A fantastic shop for all you need when shopping for swimwear and accessories.
The knowledgeable staff helped me with a selection of swimming costumes, and they had a huge range to choose from.

Great swim wear, super fit.

Do not use this company. I bought three items, two of which I had to return. The size and quality of the swimsuit were not as advertised and the swim hat arrived torn. I got a refund for the swimming costume but because the cap was damaged they refused a refund and instead either offered to send it back to me at an extra cost or to discard it. I wrote back to repeat what I had put in the refund request that it was damaged when I received it and that was why I was returning it so was due the full amount I had paid. They ignored my email and 12 days later I have neither heard anything from them or received the refund they owe.

Ease of purchase, fast delivery and great product. Definitely use again.

Always a pleasure to order for my grand children on time deliveries , turn around on placing my order and delivery amazing .
Thank you .

Easy to use website, good selection of swimwear + prompt delivery. Am very pleased with my purchase, fits well + looks good.

Excellent swimming costume. Pratical and stylish. Quick to order and quick to be delivered, at a good price.
I like the website, it has clear pictures and information, so it is quick and easy to make a choice.
