Unfortunately when I got to the rental desk I found I didn't have my driving licence and couldn't do the hire in my name. I had already put the insurance in my name as it has to start before the rental did.
Star taken off as the online client area wouldn't work for me but I was able to change the policy to my partner's name via email which was great!

Easy to log in told car hire company we didn’t need their products ( complete rip off excess charges) Very competitive pricing and good advice to photograph the car before check in at end of hire

Set up this policy last week , got a text with a link which doesn’t work properly, supposed to get e mail confirmation of policy which I didn’t get , tried calling numerous numbers no reply or closed call back later , e mailed and no reply , eventually spoke with someone in claims and my policy doesn’t look like it even exists?
Going to try and go through my bank to cancel what a pain this all is

Was very easy to book on line, received a couple of helpful emails before the policy started and good tips after. Was a very good price, would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!

It was very easy to take the excess cover policy to drive a rent a car in Montenegro and Bosnia. Luckily it all went very smooth and didn't make a claim. I will use them if needed again.
