I contacted the clinic to ask whether they offered treatments for pigmentation and uneven skin tone. The person I spoke to seemed rushed and repeatedly interrupted me before I could explain my concerns.
When I asked how long appointments usually lasted and whether there was any downtime after treatment, I was told that all questions would only be answered once I had paid for a consultation. I also asked whether the consultation fee would be deducted from any treatment booked, but I was not given a clear answer.
The call felt more focused on securing a booking than helping me understand the service. I decided not to proceed because I did not feel confident that my questions were being taken seriously.

I called to discuss concerns about my skin, learn more about the treatment packages available, and get an idea of the pricing before booking a consultation.
Unfortunately, I found the woman I spoke to quite sarcastic and dismissive. She repeatedly told me that she could not provide any price range until I came in for a consultation and made comments suggesting that people should not be enquiring if they cannot afford the treatments.
I found this extremely unprofessional. Asking for a general price range before attending is completely reasonable, especially when treatments can be expensive. Customers should be able to understand the likely costs before giving up their time to attend a consultation.
The way the conversation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and discouraged me from booking with the clinic.

I purchased a treatment package and have been attending my appointments as agreed. At my appointment last month, I was told that I still had two treatments remaining.
When I called today to book my fifth treatment, I was suddenly informed that the package had expired. At no point was I warned that the expiry date was approaching, either by staff or through any reminder.
When I questioned this, I was told that the expiry information was included in the fine print and that the treatment staff would not have known about it due to privacy reasons. This makes very little sense. Customers are not being reminded, and the staff providing the treatments are apparently unable to see when a package is due to expire.
As a result, I have lost more than £400 worth of treatments. What made the situation worse was the conduct of the woman I spoke to who I was told was the manager who laughed during the phone call while I was explaining my concerns. I have a recording of the conversation.
Rachel then told me that I was free to take the matter further legally because everything was covered in the fine print. I find both the handling of my package and the attitude shown during the call completely unacceptable.
I am requesting that the remaining treatments be reinstated or that I receive an appropriate refund. I actually went to see the person who deals with me she even had it on the notes how I had surgeries in between and I would love to hear your Version of recordings. I been coming to you guys 6 years bought over 3 packages and was just about yo buy another. Ill make sure not yo he coming again and everyone i have recommend simply clinics too. Ill make sure no one attends you lot again!! Shame on you people

I’ve been going to Frederica at the Fulham Road location for years for laser hair removal, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is exceptionally skilled at what she does, professional, and always takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment. Just as importantly, she has such a warm and welcoming personality that she immediately puts you at ease. Every appointment is a positive experience, and I always feel I’m in safe hands.

I was initially introduced to the LPG treatment by Naziya, who has been wonderful, and when she went on leave, Mona took over my sessions and immediately put me at ease.

She took the time to assess my body's needs rather than simply following the same routine, and tailored the treatment accordingly. She is kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about achieving the best results for her clients.

Always so nice to go here , loved my last treatment, i had rejuran under my eyes and results are so impressive even if i only had a session . My dark circles definitely better , overall my eye aerea look so much brighter and youthful

I have been going to simply clinic for around 5 months and each time I go it is a positive experience. Mona is very welcoming and pleasant. She makes me feel very relaxed. We talk all through my treatment which makes it go quicker. Mona also makes sure I’m comfortable making sure the wax is at the right temperature. Continues to ask if I’m comfortable. The environment is very clean and sterile. Would recommend Mona every day of the week😃

I had 10 sessions of laser- really amazing results! The service by Mona was efficient and great. Also very friendly and polite.

It took me about 3 sessions to start seeing results, and by the end I could see a big change. The sessions are also very quick, making it very convenient too.

I did previously have another person doing my sessions who did charge me £100 extra, despite me stating to them that I had already paid for all my sessions. The clinic did refund me after I spoke to someone else on the phone, and this was the only hiccup I had with them luckily.

Such an amazing experience every time I come here. I’m really nervous with injections, but my practitioner always makes me feel so calm and comfortable. The girls on reception are so lovely and welcoming too. The whole clinic has such a relaxed atmosphere, and I always leave feeling really happy with my results. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
