A few of my order (at Xfinity) cashbacks were tracked and paid. A few others were not and they have an inquiry open with xfinity, waiting to get a resolution on those.

We are aware of the issues with Xfinity Mobile cashback tracking. Unfortunately the issue is not on our side.
We received your missing cashback inquiries and forwarded them to the merchant for review in timely manner.
At this point we are waiting for Xfinity to validate your orders, which may take some time. We have no control over it.
We are hoping you would change the rating of your review, or at least change the subject of your review to something like "I received one payment, but some of my missing cashback is still under review". We this this would be a better reflection of your case. And would not confuse our potential customers into thinking that our cashback system doesn't work at all.
