I bought these directly from Simpl with a Buy One Get One Free Offer.

I am very disappointed in the quality of my 2 Toggl wallets. It took over 1 month to be delivered from China, and I was hoping the wait would be worth it. It wasn't. I understand wanting to keep the wallet light, but the materials are very flimsy and cheap. The Toggl will not hold the cards in place. If I turn the wallet over, my cards will fall out.

This is unacceptable! 

I would like a refund, but according to your return policy, "Wallets purchased during a promotional sale (including Buy One, Get One Free or any discounted pricing) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

I will be giving Simpl the worst review possible on every site I can find. If I could give this product no stars, I would.

Plain and direct. Company gladly took my money and did not send the wallets. Tried to get in contact with them to no avail. Every attempt i made to get in touch with them was somehow blocked by not returning my emails or phone number that they never answered.

The material has no structure so it will not hold it's shape. Also, they use a flimsy piece of plastic for a money clip which might hold a bill folded in 4ths but in does not work if you have multiple bills.

I ordered the wallet a month ago and paid extra for 2 days shipping what a mistake. I never received the wallets, I wrote them 4 emails with no response. They charged my credit card the next day. They are a scam please don’t order anything from them.

Just awful. What a lie. This is not a real wallet. Not a man’s wallet. Waste of money. Do not buy.

Terrible customer service poor quality and definitely not worth the price. Impossible to contact the company.

This wallet is trash. The 4.8 star reviews on it's website are Totally BS and a class action lawsuit needs to be filled to false advertising.

The wallet feels cheaply made, and does not shut properly. I'm going to give to my kid for his birthday because no adult can use this garbage.

First of all I never received my item that was ordered that was palced on 12/2/25, customer service does not exist, should have read up more on this company. DO NOT PURCAHSE IF RECEIVE YOUR ORDER YOU PROBABLY WILL NOT LIKE IT ANYWAY SO DAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Wish I could give it zero stars. The cards fall out of the pop up container. Customer service inept and they don’t want to give a refund. Stay away from this company!

This is not a wallet! It’s pure junk! I tried to return it (it says you can) but they said no because it was BUY ONE GET ONE FREE . BUT all their wallets appear to be BOGO FREE. I only wanted one! The quality is incredibly poor and it doesn’t even appear to be the same item they advertised!

These wallets are pitiful. They are cheaply made and won't work as advertised. Even worse, if you used their BOGO offer, as most people would, you become instantly ineligible for a refund. What a horrible hook! They know they make cheap junk so they give you a free one if you buy one. You can't get your money back because you fell for it!

This is most USELESS wallet I ever purchased. DO NOT BUY even if it’s the last wallet on earth. Just put your stuff in your pocket!!!!!

Waited three weeks for delivery of two cheap, poorly made wallets. These did not look at all like the ads. Contacted consumer support for return- heard nothing back. They are a total scam and not worth even half the price. Avoid it.

2 wallets arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I used one of them some days for 4-5 months. Worked well enough, until the mechanism that pushes the cards up broke. Useless without that. For about 20 USD / wallet, I'm not shocked or very disappointed it lasted less then 1/2 a year. I purchased a 2 for 1 offer. Other one goes into service tonight.

Simpl Wallets did not deliver the product. They charged me immediately the. Sent an email saying there were delays. Finally, I received an email that the wallet was delivered but I never received it so I emailed their customer service department and got a generic response telling me to check with the post office, neighbors, and members of my own household because they delivered it so someone must have it. I responded back and still have not received a response or my wallet. This has taken weeks and now I got my credit card company involved. What a joke.

Terrible product, and even worse customer service. Do NOT buy!

I never received the wallet. They won't refund my money.

Extremely poor quality. Emailed about returning the product, and they said they wouldn't accept returns. Do not buy their products. You've been warned. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
