Simplified Tuition Omdömen

So glad I found Jacob to help my son Zack reach his potential in Chemistry. When Zack started with Jacob a few months into year 10 he was struggling and a personality clash with his teacher did not help, he was around a grade 4. My son wanted to do much better and aim for a grade 6. Jacob and later Fiaraz were incredible and his new year 11 teacher was also very supportive. His once a week lessons were excellent, and so informative, if Zack was not quite undetstanding any modules...tutor patience, explanations and resources were never too much trouble. His grade in his recent GCSE (2026) was a 7...an absolutely incredible result. When Zack had a look at how he had done an 8 was not that far away. He is beyond happy 😊 Thank you Jacob and Fiaraz (year 11) for tutoring Zack, its made a huge difference in his end grade but also his confidence.

Got an A*, going to study Dentistry, thanks for the help!

Definitely recommend

I joined Jacob’s lessons after being out of school for a long period of time and struggling with my mental health, and his lessons made such a difference to me. He is an incredibly patient, supportive and understanding teacher who always takes the time to check in with his students and gives individual attention when it’s needed.

His teaching helped me feel much more confident in Chemistry and, more importantly, made me feel supported during a really difficult period. He genuinely cares about his students and goes above and beyond to help them. I’m incredibly grateful for all the support and encouragement he gave me, and I really hope he knows how much of an impact his work has. I wish him all the best and hope he goes very far in his career — he truly deserves it! ❤️

If you or your child needs help with GCSE or A Level Chemistry please don’t delay in contacting Simplified Tuition. The online tutoring has worked so well for our Son who was happy to learn online. With Simplified Tuition the online lessons are so effective, with session recordings and lots of additional on-line resources and tools.
We are so lucky we found Jacob when our Son was struggling in year 10 with GCSE Chemistry. He was having difficulty understanding Titrations and was falling behind.
Immediately Jacobs style and pace meant our Son was able to relax and he started to enjoy chemistry. Thanks to Jacobs tutoring he was able to understand each of the topics and his confidence in Chemistry grew.
The way Jacob breaks the subjects / calculations / equations down really helped with understanding and remembering them.
Dylan went on to achieve a grade 8 which was amazing from his starting point. (This was about 2 grades higher than initially expected) We credit a lot of this to Jacobs methods of teaching.
Following his GCSE’s Dylan decided to study A Level Chemistry.
Again Dylan found Jacobs style of teaching worked for him. Simplified Tuition sessions have been a great addition to school lessons, helping Dylan to understand the subject and maintain his confidence.
Jacob uses his breadth of subject knowledge to break down complicated equations into simple easy to follow steps. He also worked with Dylan to prepare him for his exams especially helping him to understand how to answer the exam questions and what an examiners expectations would be.
Jacobs patience, support and guidance has been invaluable and we can’t recommend Jacob / Simplified Tuition enough.
Thank you.

We have had a wonderful experience with Simplified tuition the whole service is well‑organised, supportive and clearly focused on helping students do their very best.

Our daughter was taught by Jacob, and we cannot speak highly enough of him. He has impressive depth and breadth of knowledge across every part of the A Level Chemistry syllabus — from physical and inorganic to organic chemistry. What makes him truly exceptional though is how he explains things: he breaks down complex theories, equations and reaction mechanisms into simple, logical steps that are easy to follow and remember. He adapts his pace and style so nothing feels overwhelming, and always checks understanding before moving on.

Jacob was also very methodical in preparing her for the exams — working through past papers, clarifying common mistakes and building her confidence steadily. She went from finding certain topics really challenging to feeling fully prepared and much more confident walking into her assessments.

From our family’s point of view, the support and guidance Jacob provided made such a big difference. We simply can’t thank him enough for his patience, dedication and brilliant teaching. If you are looking for high‑quality Chemistry A Level tuition, Simplified and Jacob come highly recommended!

Jacob is a brilliant teacher! At the start of my tutoring experience, my confidence in chemistry was low, however Jacob managed to teach me the most challenging topics in a thorough and simple way. He has boosted my confidence, and I am really grateful to be tutored by him! He always answers any questions I have, and his resources are extremely helpful. I truly recommend Simplified Tuition- thank you very much!

I used Simplified Tution for around 4 months in year 13, after my January mocks. The service was incredible and truly helped me to understand the most difficult aspects of an incredibly challenging course, whether that be in the interactive online lessons twice a week, or using the study hub videos. The true difference maker without a doubt for myself was these videos, as alongside the online lessons they allowed me to tackle areas of the course I, personally, was not as skilled at, allowing for a personal experience that catered to my own needs as a student. Jacob himself was also incredibly attentative, always responding to messages the same or next day eith a solution, whether that was a live recording of a lesson that maybe did not have a study hub video yet, or pointing me in the right direction with an exam question I was struggling with. Could not recommend more for A-Level students who perhaps need extra support with chemistry, a wonderful platform and tutor.

If anyone is in need of a chemistry tutor, Jacob is definitely the man for the job! Not only is his teaching amazing, the resources that are also available to us are so helpful. Before I discovered Simplified Tuition, I genuinely had no hope for chemistry a level, but for the first time in a while I feel confident leaving the exam hall. There is no one else I would recommend!! Thank you Jacob for all of your help!

Wish we had found Jacob sooner, my daughter was really struggling with Chemistry at college and found that Jacob explained things a lot more clearly than her tutor. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me upto speed with what was happening. Thank you Jacob A*****

Very helpful and topic related with lots of tips for tackling exam papers.

Jacob is a fantastic tutor. He tailors the lesson perfectly to everyone's needs and ensures both content and exam questions are being thoroughly covered. I especially benefited from the detailed videos he provides which cover the specification and past papers, which made revising specific topics closer to my exam a lot easier. Thank you Jacob!

Amazing teacher
The videos for each topic were detailed and helpful
The online lessons were helpful and engaging

This tuition is super underrated interms if the support we get given by Jacob the man himself he taught us one to one on topics that were most challenging on Inorganic and organic alongside with topic videos for us to watch in our own time which did help me understand topic questions better and feel more prepared during the exams. Jacob would always go beyond the 1 hour period which is verry considerate too. The only issue I had was their wasnt as much Inorganic videos compared to organic towards the end as it got updated and some of the videos removed were really good nonetheless he did help me alot throughout the year so big up sir Jacob.

Jacob was an amazing tutor, I only found him two months before my a levels started yet still improved so much despite it being a short amount of time. The videos on the website were really useful and meant i could revise outside of the lessons and Jacob was always there to help when i didn’t understand something, so overall really beneficial tuition and i would definitely recommend!!

Very helpful for my A levels, as it increased my knowledge in A level chemistry and also worked on my exam technique, which increased my confidence going into exams. I would highly recommend.

I have had a good experience with simplified tuition and with Faizaan as my tutor, I have gained valuable support that I much needed to get through tough examinations.

my experience with simplified tuition has been awesome, the platforms they use are very friendly and useful its easy to access any lessons, if you miss a live lesson its always uploaded after or you could use one of the pre recorded ones which are just as good as the live lessons. Jacob has really been considerate and helpful anytime that l had a question l didnt understand l would ask him and he would make a video explaining it or send me a link to a video that he has already done and talked about the question. when l struggled to pay we made a payment plan whilst l was learning, he puts the education and support first which l felt like it was very polite, kind and understanding of him.

I’m super happy with my experience at simplified tuition, I went from a U to a B in chemistry in only a few months because of my great tutor Malaika and it’s a great system!

Jacob really helped me for A levels by helping me get my grade in chemistry from a C to a high B , I could not have asked for a better tutor as he has helped me get to my desired course of optometry. Jacob's lesson structures really help by linking back content from all over the year and showing how to apply the knowledge really well to questions that sound confusing at first
