Very easy stress free ideal for straightforward uncomplicated Will was quick and simple

Clear questions, simple procedure. Price reasonable. There are many invitations to add more expensive 'extras' but they're easy to decline if you don't want them.

i was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make my will with SimpleWills and far cheaper than using a solicitor. I now have peace of mind that my wishes will be carried out when I die.

Only criticism is that I was told in a phone call from one of their team that my executors would be contacted by them to ensure they understood what their role as executors entailed. To date, this hasn't happened yet, which I'm disappointed about.

Although this company were very helpful & friendly in filling out the will, as mine was quite complex, when it came to the end & I noticed there was no telephone number for my daughter to contact after my death to get the legal assistance i'd signed up for I was told someone would get back to me & they never did so now I am assuming my daughter will have to take my will to a local solicitor on my death to get sorted out, not quite sure.

This will writing service for a straightforward will was easy and simple to use, and was completed very quickly. It was very good value compared to visiting a solicitor.

It was a simple straightforward process to make the will using the online form. I had a couple of questions along the way and the lady I spoke to on the phone there was really helpful. I was concerned that by listing their own appointed executors it would mean that they took a slice even if they were not needed but the lady assured me that it would be the option of the other executors (like my husband) to either use Simple Executry & Probate Ltd OR to dismiss them and not need to pay. I did also take up the option of talking to someone about putting our life assurance into trust which is apparently a good idea. The chap I spoke to seemed fine at the time but then became a nuisance with repeated calls and had got our names wrong and our details back to front on the new policies he was trying to sell us. He'd told us that he would send us forms to do the trust thing regardless of taking out the new policy and despite our request these have never arrived. I'm now doubting whether the executor 'option' thing is true - they strike me as worryingly 'hard-sell' now.

We paid for the wills via wowcher and were never called back and have never received a refund even though requested. Would not recommend to anyone.

Simple, easy to use and cost effective.

We only had one fault with the service, we requested that our selected Executors be contacted, as we were told this is part of the service provided. This was to discuss with them their duties, they were not contacted and had no responce after requesting this again.

After booking a return phone call,for a date and time to suit us,we sorted our wills out within half an hour.An email was sent to us with a draft copy to read.We read it and made some minor alterations returned back and the final Wills were emailed across and we printed them off and then all we had to do was sign them in front of 2 witness's.It was as simple as that.

I am phobic about flying, wanted to do my will before going to phillippines and was in a bad state of nerves. had one simple query, phoned in for advice, not simple to get through on the phone, spoke , in tears, to someone who was kind and offered to resolve the problem, they didnt get back until after i had flown, 3-4 days later. certainly not same day, in the end i used an internet draft for free and modified it myself. All that was needed was a reordering of paragraphs, so one allocation would be done before others.
Very disappointed, i had wanted the badge of 'official' will on this and needed the response when it was promised. I think i had paid for this up front, and never completed it, but am not sure about payment, it was a bad time for me and i dont remember.

Simple wills are very easy to do and if any concerns or if unsure about anything i found a phone call to their staff very helpfull and friendly and would recomend them highly.

Site was really easy to use and you could save and return to a draft version which was really useful. Instructions were all clear and easy to understand as well as the warnings and hints and tips.

Such a kind caring company , nothing was too much trouble . Fast professional.
I had to change the details on my will after I had ordered it. This just wasn't a problem for simple wills. I will defiantly recommend this company.
