Blown away by an Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
For the first time ever I am absolutely blown away from start to finish and I simply cannot fault. I came across Simplespex whilst doing a Google search for glasses repair in the early hours of Saturday so I sent a quick enquiry expecting to get a reply on Monday, but George was on it and I got a reply that Saturday morning. After a couple more emails to iron a few details and having made a great first impression I decided to go with Simplespex. It was quick and easy and George emailed me to let me know they had received my glasses and to inform me of the repairs. I received my glasses back this week and I am over the moon with the repair. I cannot recall (if at all) ever being blown away by a service I have received. For me the service from start to finish was outstanding. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the Simplespex to others.

What a superb discovery
What a superb discovery! I spend a fortune on glasses as my prescription shifts every few months. I got a bit longer out of my last pair but had spent over £500 on them. I didn’t want new frames - I like my frames - I just wanted new lenses. Having been quoted over £700 for reglazing for 2 pairs I was delighted to find George and this company as it was a fraction of that quote. George rang me to discuss my prescription and has been absolutely brilliant. Responsive to emails & a genuinely lovely gentleman. I couldn’t be happier with my two pairs (I have the sunglasses next to change the lenses in) and so far my expenditure has been under £320. Plus, can’t stress this enough, it took less time than I expected (7 working days) and they’re branded lenses so the best quality.
George you have a customer for life and an advocate! Thank you so much. A honest and genuine company. A great experience.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. George responded to my queries efficiently and promptly. He repaired my beloved Rayban prescription glasses perfectly. Great prices too. I will be using Simplespex again in the future for sure.
