Should be Zero stars since I was unable to use the service. Deceiving business practices. They sell a product without a clearly marked expiration date, There IS a date on the scan code in small letters on the back but doesn't say what it means, or what its for. Just a random date. It also is not disclosed in the advertising, or any packaging. When I went to register the kit, it denied me. I sent 3 emails asking, begging, to just send a replacement kit. Not a refund, just a replacement kit. NOPE. They refused and KEPT MY MONEY. NO REFUND. Beware of doing business with this company in the future, if this is how they run their business practices I would consider using another company. "Karina" was the support rep who refused to help, I pleasantly and nicely asked, was denied twice by her, and then she ignored my final request to contact higher up management. Why she, or this company would risk their reputation over $50 is literally unbelievable in todays day and age of reviews. Especially being in the business of helping people. Apparently $50 profit is more important than their reputation. This whole ordeal may be of interest to a class action lawsuit attorney for everyone this has happened to, for any of their product line that don't have clearly marked expiration dates. I didn't want to have to leave this review, but the way they treated me left me no choice. I have retained copies of my emails, packaging, upc symbol for legal use if needed.
