10/10 would use Simple Citizen again!!! Emma my case manager has been immensely helpful and responsive throughout my green card process. The attorney who reviewed my application also has sound knowledge about what USCIS is looking for. Never got any RFE from USCIS and interview waived - got my green card within 8 months. I appreciate Simple Citizen team so much!!! Definitely worth the money and I will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family in need!

I was very pleased with how SimpleCitizen made a complicated and stressful process Simple to navigate! Although the amount of information requested and number of questions can be intimidating, SimpleCitizen broke down the process into sections and manageable steps which made the entire process Simple! If I could leave 10 stars I would!!!!!!!! The people at Simple Citizen were attentive, professional, and kind. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner. Even when I asked questions multiple times and was sometimes sloppy with my forms, they always made suggestions and allowed me to do it again, correct it and they even sent me a new set of forms when there was a mistake. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends around me going through the same process. It was worth every penny.

The process was very easy, they answer very quick and explain everything you need to do with the documents, they put someone in charge once you have everything done to make sure everything is okay to send it. Now just waiting for USCIS to answer me!

My experience with SimpleCitizen is positive! They responded very quickly and with great attention to detail. I also get a chance to talk to an attorney a few times. All customer service people (support, case manager, etc) are very friendly. I had a happy experience! I found SimpleCitizen while looking up what certain questions in the I-485 application meant, and decided to use their service after feeling too uncertain about filling out the application properly on my own. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we could've made! We purchased the simplest package, since our situation was more straightforward. The online system was very easy and smooth to use, but what I appreciated most was the super fast and helpful online chat system. Every time I had a question, I was able to use the chat feature to quickly get an answer (usually same day if it was during the regular work hours during weekdays, latest would be during the next working day). This helped soooooo much with filling out the application, and understanding what are good evidence files to include.

The only not-so-great part about the system is that it was difficult to navigate back to specific questions if I wanted to double-check or edit one of my answers, and we ended up having to click through the entire application from the beginning a few times to look for the specific section that we wanted to check. It would be great if the system had easy ways to quickly go from reviewing the application to editing responses to specific questions.

After filling out the application, attaching the evidence files, and submitting the application for review, we only had to wait <2 weeks for the attorney comments to come back to us via email. We had a bit of back and forth with SimpleCitizen to clarify and edit a few things (during which we also received very prompt and very clear responses), and after confirming everything, SimpleCitizen mailed the application package to us, which we received in <2 days. The package came with very clear instructions on where to sign and where to include extra things, and then we used the same box it came in to ship it right to USCIS. Even after submitting the application, they still reached out to us to let us know that we can reach out to them if we encounter any issues with the application.

The entire process was suuuper smooth and easy, and we ended up with a decision on our case very, very quickly, without getting RFE's. I'm guessing that this is because SimpleCitizen really helped us prepare a very complete set of evidence files, which perhaps helped expedite the process.

Overall, I highly recommend SimpleCitizen for immigration needs!
