I got a broken product contacted the company and got response directly we promise on new Product.

Several years ago I bought a Simon Carter watch as a present for my partner. Recently the strap needed replacing and I made some enquiries via the website and was very quickly pointed in the right direction to place my order. I couldn't believe how straightforward it was - the watch strap had very particular detail on it and I was (very pleasantly) surprised that they were able to replace exactly the watch strap that had become worn out. What's more, is that from placing the order in the evening, it literally arrived the next day. You can't get better than that! I will be using this service again without hesitation, if only all companies could act in this way!

I have purchased an item a month ago .. didn't receive it yet although it said on the wbsite that at takes 10 days .. i have sent an e mail the response was quick bot useless .. it says it takes time to reach my "part of the world" which is saudi arabia .. 50% of why i baught it is cuz its supposed to arrive in a suitable time for me .. i have sent another e mail ..got no response .. then i called the company .. i asked for contact info. of the mailing company which they dont have .. and he asked if i want to cancel my purchase which i cant because of visa problems where i had to cancel that card .. so yeah i guess thats the first and last time .. thank you

Simon Carter takes Dapper to the next level, I'm a big fan of his clothes and glad it is still a quality and individual brand that sets you apart when they adorn you.

I bought a set of cufflinks for my husband. The service was good but after only a few wears the button cufflink design had fallen off the silver fastener. Poor quality for a high price item. Expected more. Just hope the returns process works well.

I have purchased from the london shop in the past, so I know the product is good. This was my first ttime ordering online. It was simply great. easy and fast delivery to Australia, 5 days. Free shipping over 100 bucks is a nice touch!

I placed an international order and even though I was skeptical, the customer reps made it seem like a breeze. From the checkout process to the delivery and the special requests I made, all were taken care of wonderfully.

I ordered a shirt that I was very much looking forward to wearing then a couple of hours after placing the order I received an email telling me my order had been cancelled and would be refunded. No explanation was given. When I looked later to re-purchase, the shirt was no longer available.

Not impressed! Doubtful I will use this service again.

We also visited the store in Lambs Conduit Street looking for a specific pair of cufflinks for our groomsmen, whilst the store did not have these, Jo contacted head office & found a pair which were also promptly delivered to us the same week.
