Outstanding craftsmanship and world-class service!
I recently received my custom leather jacket from Simmons Bilt, and I couldn't be happier. The jacket looks absolutely stunning and the craftsmanship is truly top-notch. You can feel the incredible quality and dedication that went into making it—a huge compliment to the tailor!
What makes the experience truly exceptional is the level of customization they offer. From choosing the exact leather type, thickness, and color, to selecting the perfect lining and specific hardware like zippers, you can truly build your dream jacket.
The customer service throughout this process was outstanding. They were incredibly patient, asked all the right questions, and gave highly valuable advice to ensure the fit and measurements would be spot on. I felt exceptionally well guided every step of the way.
If you are looking for a great jacket and premium heritage quality, I cannot recommend Simmons Bilt highly enough.

Ich habe vor Monaten eine c3 Weste gekauft im gewünschten Leder bestellt dann war das Leder nicht lieferbar Kontakt Dauerte Tage bis man eine Antwort bekommen hat ,dann wollte sie mir Muster vom Leder senden die ich wochenlang nicht bekommen habe, auf Nachfrage wann die Muster eintreffen würden war die Antwort ich könne jederzeit vom Kauf zurück Treten ,diese Antwort habe ich bei jeder dritten Mail bekommen, einfach nur sehr enttäuschend dann wurde der Kauf ohne Kommentar storniert ,Geld habe ich auch Verloren da der Kurs vom britischen Pfund zum Schweizer Franken sich verschlechtert hat, sie haben es nicht nötig das ist das Grund Gefühl bei diesem Händler

I have thought a lot about leaving this review, however I do not want anyone else to have my experience. I ordered a jacket at the start of November 2024 as a retirement present. I was given a 12 week lead time. Six months later and after multiple excuses for delays I was told they could not make my jacket! I was given a refund. It’s impossible to speak to anyone as they don’t answer the phone so all communication was via Mail. I did get an apology but nothing else. 6 months, no alternative and no gesture for the issues. I have since sourced an Irvin jacket from a competitor and have had a wonderful experience. So sad, but SB really do need to consider how it treats customers

Excellent service and solid jackets - I own three of these (a Klondike, an SBV2 and a Car Coat) and thoroughly recommend SB for durable, well-fitting and well-priced jackets. Wide selection of leathers and brilliant assistance from Debs. Shout out to Jack for his great work.

I've recently bought my first leather jacket (a Tail Gunner) from Simmons Bilt and I am very satisfied.
Debs was very helpful with helping me get the right size, and even encouraged me to consider other leather options (they have a lot of options). I highly recommend them if you're looking for a high quality made to measure leather jacket.
