Late November I bought a SimCorner to cover a number of countries in South America. Unfortunately although having checked compatibility prior to purchase the eSIM did not work on my mobile. However, the customer service I received was second to none. My emails were replied to immediately and a refund was issued promptly. I intend to get an iPhone the next time I travel and would not hesitate to buy from SimCorner precisely because of the great customer service received.

All seemed simple, looked them up, found product I wanted, downloaded the app and bought, got an email to verify it was me straight away then another with instructions.
Haven’t used yet as don’t go away for another 12 days but I put a date in for it to start when purchasing and activate on arrival.

So easy to purchase. Excellent product informations. Reviews really help and gives peace of mind.

I've bought from Sim Corner before, but they were out of stock of the one I wanted when I came to buy in November.

I made the mistake of buying a data eSim from Holafly and when I got to Canada, the speeds were dreadful. I checked Sim Corner and they were back in stock. I emailed first to see if they could sort it ASAP, especially as I now needed to make calls due to issues with my UK sim.

They responded with maybe 20 minutes and assured me they would sort it straight away (you usually pick an activation date). And despite them telling me it could still take a few hours, everything was up & running around 30 mins after purchase.

The signal & speeds were on par with local carriers (something Holafly promised and failed on) and had no trouble whatsoever. They also activate it for you, no need to mess around yourself. They will always be the first place I'll look at when I need an eSim for travelling. Thank you.

Bought a sim card from these guys because I needed data in Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia. Inserted the card after arriving in Bali. It didn't work - two stores advised that the card was not accepted in Indonesia. Ditto for Vietnam - two mobile phone stores advised that the card didn't work there either. I gave up on Cambodia. A$50 down the drain. I don't recommend SimCorner.

I bought a global eSIM but unfortunately I could not get it to work on my phone. I exchanged several emails with customer support who always responded promptly and offered a refund immediately it became clear the problem was due to the phone’s age.

Easy. We’ve used before for European multi country travel and a doddle to apply and do.

I am absolutely furious. I bought 2 European sims for my partner and I and neither work. We tried all the troubleshooting tips and still no data or calls. I paid $172 for pieces of plastic that do nothing. My partner and I were forced to buy new SIM cards for $400 in Europe. Waste of time and money.
