I purchased a physical sim card for the USA. This is the fourth time I’ve used Simcorner and have never had any issue. The issue I encountered this time was my own fault. When I landed in the US and inserted the sim card, I found myself wondering why it wasn’t activating. The answer was simple; I hadn’t followed the instructions and registered the sim in advance. When I realised my error, I contacted Simcorner Support via email with all the activation details. They responded quickly that it should be rectified within 2 hours. The card was active before I had retrieved my luggage. In a world where good service can be hard to come by, I was very impressed and relieved by the service I received considering the problem lay with me and not with Simcorner.

I had previously bought their sims for my previous travels however this time around I had opted for the eSIM for my travels and it didn’t work when I tried activating it in Copenhagen. I was left at the airport for 2 hours trying to sort out the simcard for when I had explained to their customer service that my stay was short so I would like the issue be resolved at a timely manner. I tried every option they had asked me to do and nothing was working. They offered me a replacement sim but when I had asked for it, 20 mins had gone by and they stopped responding to me when I told them I couldn’t stay in the airport anymore as I’ve stayed too long. I ended up having to get a prepaid sim at the airport instead. They ended up replying to me later in the evening and had explained that the eSIM wasn’t working because of the airport wifi not letting me.

I found the customer service very disappointing as there was no live chat or number for me to contact them so I couldn’t resolve the issue in a timely manner as well as there should have been contingencies in placed by them if eSIMs don’t work due to airport wifi so their customers are not left having to figure what they’re going to do without access to wifi and a connecting network. This was something I as a customer didn’t know and how they handled the situation was carried in a poor manner. They ended up giving me my refund for it as I’ve asked but I sadly won’t be using their services again

Have used simcorner before on our last abroad trip and didn't appear to have any issues with connecting to friends or family.

Excellent customer service. I had some questions about a purchased esim card, sent an email and received a response same day. All the issues have been sorted out efficiently.
I used this company to purchase sim cards (both sim and esim) several times, never had any issues with installing them and connecting to the Internet all over the world. Highly recommended.

I have bought 3 data only e-SIM cards over the past few years. One for Europe, one for Australia, and one for GB only. Fast, super easy to use, simple to setup with clean instructions. Would always recommend.
I cannot comment on texts or calls, but data only eSIM's have been perfect.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH… DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I BOUGHT 2 SIM CARDS ( For EUROPE & UK) … l travelled in 3 EU countries but NO SERVICE AT ALL- no calls, no mobile data

Seamless, economical

I have been purchasing my Sim Cards from SIM Corner for the past 4 years, and have never had an issue. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
