Exceptional customer service
I was contacted about a stock issue and each vape affected was swapped for an alternative at no extra cost to me. In addition to the exceptional customer service, they included an additional vape for the inconvenience. Cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service. They were in contact with me straight away regarding a flavour that was out of stock, and resolved it quickly. Arrived the next day and they even put in a single disposable vape for the out of stock hassle! Definitely recommend this company.

Only ordered yesterday afternoon and they arrived around 11 this morning! 5 starts for delivery as I wasn’t expecting them until Monday with me ordering on a Friday.
Everything came as ordered, so I am very happy. Will update review if needed once I’ve tested a few out! Thank you

Order twice from here so far 40 vapes and 60 vapes ! And both been delivered next day , the vapes have been top quality and had no problem with them at all. Couldn’t pick any fault with simba vapes. !

I ordered a 10 pack of lost mary devices and my order was completely messed up all wrong flavours. furthermore after contacting them and coming to get a refund i was only refunded partially. this is ontop of the fact they tried to deny they were breaking UK law!!

40 pounds taxes and 20 pouds delivery…
40 pounds taxes and 20 pouds delivery fées for 60 pounds command, it is funny to Pay the double ? Not for me. They also do not answer by mail and cannot join by phone. WORST shop Ever. I will NEVER command again on this shop
